Behind this charming red-brick facade lies a modern, contemporary home. The ground floor contains a large open plan living, dining and kitchen space, with flat screen TV, DVD, stereo with ipod dock, washing machine, dryer and fully fitted kitchen. Upstairs are 2 bright and charming double bedrooms each with own tv and fitted wardrobes and luxurious bathroom with bath and shower.

This 1920 guinness home was completely renovated in 2009 to produce this fantastic home in Dublin's charming Liberties. Walking distance to all of the great sights and night life Dublin has to offer. Wireless Internet installed in June 2012.

fantastic location in the heart of Dublin

4 of us - two couples - stayed in this apartment for 4 days. The space was very comfortable and well kept - 2 nice sized bedrooms. The location is fantastic - in the oldest part of Dublin in a quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance of the majority of the major highlights of Dublin. St. Patrick's Cathedral, Christ Church Cathedral, The Guinness Store House, Dublin Castle, Trinity College, and Temple Bar are all an easy walk. Many pubs and restaurants are also close by. Overall a great experience!

Lovely rental in a brilliant location, quiet yet central

Myself and two friends rented the property for a girls long weekend, for talking, walking and a lot of catching up. We were very happy with the flat when we arrived, clean, friendly and a perfect layout that let us relax, cook, eat and chat. The location was brilliant, we could walk to the center of Dublin and all it had to offer within 5-10 minutes. We had to contact the owners while we were there and they couldn't have been more helpful, just lovely people. All in all, it was a great weekend.

Excellent little place in city centre

We stayed here as a group of 4 adults (all female) to celebrate my birthday. It's in a great location...no more than a 10 minute walk to most places. I have to admit we were mainly drinking (other than a couple of touristy things in the day) and it was perfectly placed. It's in a safe area, with a handy corner shop 2 mins away for the essentials. Check in went very smoothly as we were met as we arrived with the keys. Everything you'd need was there and we found the house very comfortable - we all thought it was much better than having a hotel.

Couldn't find any faults really, and would stay again. Thankyou!

Beautiful home and perfect location in Dublin.

This is our favorite neighborhood in Dublin. It is very quiet and safe, but a close walk to everything in the city. The house is beautiful and very modern in a very old and historic part of the city. We will certainly be back!

Appartement très bien situé à proximité du centre.

Appartement proche du centre, spacieux dans une rue très calme. Bonnes informations de la part du propriétaire. Appartement conforme au descriptif. Avons pu prendre possession du logement vers 12h00 et ne le libérer le jour du départ que vers 16h00. A recommander pour ceux qui veulent découvrir Dublin.

Central location within walking distance

The place was as described and central to most things being between the Guinness Storehouse and Temple Bar. We enjoyed our stay over three days as a family of 5. As compared to other places we have stayed this trip this place lacked a few of the small things that make it a 5 star rating and needs a few things fixed such as toaster and alarm that kept going off.

The house is based in a central city centre location, the area is called 'the Liberties' which is one of the oldest areas in Dublin. It is a 2 minute walk from Christchurch Cathedral and St Patricks Cathedral and 10 minutes from Guinness Storehouse, Grafton Street (central shopping district), Temple Bar (nightlife) and Jameson Distillery. We only accept a minimum of 3 night booking.
