Large villa just 70 meters from the sea.
Located in the north of the island in a residential development, Manresa, known
for its tranquility and proximity to the sea and the town of Alcúdia.
At only 500m you can enjoy, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful beaches in this area,
the beach of San Joan, a very popular place for residents.
Two-story house that has 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning and two bathrooms.
Large dining room with direct access to the terrace with partial views of the sea and mountains.
Independent kitchen furnished and equipped.
Ideal house to relax with our climate and Mediterranean Sea, for families and group of friends.
Groups younger than 25 years old aren´t allowed.

We really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful location and perfect villa for a group of friends on vacation. Close to Old town Alcudia and other locations on the island. We would love to come back soon!

Nous avons passé un séjour super. La maison est très joli et son emplacement idéal pour profiter d Alcudia et ses magnifiques Remparts. La communication avec Mariana et génial ,toujours disponible. Je recommande fortement.

Our stay was excellent

Our stay was excellent and Mariana is great at responding rapidly. The house was clean and is as beautiful as in the images. Location was also excelente. We did have a problem with electricity in one of the rooms. There’s was no AC in one of the bedrooms so we weren’t able to sleep there because it was so hot. Other than that excellent place and excellent hosts !
