Families love this villa due to the two matching large Master Suites and two additional separate twin bedrooms sleeping 8 people in total.
The layout of the open plan kitchen with dining at one side and the sitting area in front of the kitchen makes this a great place to chat whilst preparing food and planning for the next day.
There are 3 bathrooms, an open plan fully equipped kitchen including large fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine etc. The whole villa is air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans with tiled floors in the living areas and bathrooms. There is ample bed linen and towels including pool towels and a large American washing machine and tumble dryer. Both Master Suites have large King size beds, their own bathroom with baths and showers over and wardrobes.
On quiet days you are seconds from your private heated pool and sun loungers. Home delivery of fast food is available in the area. There is an air hockey table, cable TV and other facilities. Comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs are all in the open plan area.
We are very proud of our lovely villa and are quite selective about our guests. Sometimes when we are busy with our lives we may not respond to your request immediately, so apologies in advance. However every one of our guests have enjoyed their time at our place and in return we have had wonderful guests.
Pool heat is £120 per week ($165) there is 10% discount on repeat bookings. We have opted to receive payment through our bank account to save you money as there are fees charged to you and us by Home and Away. However if you prefer to pay through Home and Away let me know as this option is available to you.
Unfortunately there will be an additional 5% fee for payment using credit card or paypal if you prefer this method of payment.
I grew up and live in Leamington Spa. My children are all grown up now but we've had some lovely family holidays in the villa. I'm a supermarket manager and my partner Debbie is an IT Project Manager.

Two great master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, large bedrooms, lots of clothing storage. One master with a King Size bed overlooks the pool which is in a fabulous setting.
The kitchen and sitting area are all together in one large family room, which makes it easy to be together during meal preparation and meal times.
Its in a great location and the pool is not overlooked from the back, we get great sunsets and its very quiet. A number of adjoining villas are holiday homes but there are a lot of people who have their homes here. The fact people choose to live in this area was a big reason to buy the villa.
Lake Wilson Road takes you to the 192 and one junction from Disney, its a great shortcut. We have a supermarket and other shops 5 mins drive away. The local streets are quiet, we go running along them before it gets too hot and then after a shower the pool is wonderful. Access to the I4 at Champions Gate means travelling to Sea World, Universal, or Busch Gardens is really easy.
The home is nice. It does need new pots and pans. some of my he beds are hard.. not for a good night sleep. Wating for my cleaning deposit back
My family (2 adults, 2 children) booked this home only 3 days in advance for a last minute trip to Orlando. The owners were very responsive to my original inquiry and follow up questions. The house was wonderful - we had plenty of space using 3 of the 4 bedrooms, we spent every evening in the pool after visiting parks during the day, and enjoyed a few air hockey games. The house and pool were clean and maintained, and it was an easy (25-20 min) drive to Universal and Legoland. We travel to FL once or twice a year and will definitely try to stay at this home again when we do.
We were a late booking as well. The house was very nice. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 is because communication was not as prompt as it had been when we first booked the house, often taking many days, and sometimes a phone call to get a response to emails. Once communication was made thou the management staff was VERY responsive and helpful. We had a fire alarm battery issue a couple of days into our stay, while I expected to have that resolved the next day instead later that evening someone came and fixed the issue. The house was nice and centrally located. Would rent again, nice stay.
My family and I just returned from a wonderful vacation in the Orlando area and our stay at this home was a perfect for us. The home is one floor, with the bedrooms separated by the family room and kitchen in the middle as an open space. The kitchen is well laid out, and has ample dishes, pots, pans and cutlery. We have been fortunate to travel and stay at homes in this area previously, but this was one of the best laid out spaces to relax at the end of the day. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, with a private back yard, and a great pool.
The home was easy to locate, and there are CVS, Publix, restaurants, and coffee shop all within a very short drive. Close enough to the benefits of Highway 27 or the 192, (Walmart, Target, and many restaurants) but far enough away to avoid the traffic and crowds.
We were a late booking and the owners were a pleasure to deal with, very responsive to emails, and very accommodating. Even though it was last minute, we were able to get in with a very quick turn around and their local representatives meet us on site to ensure the home was open to receive us.
This house was perfect for our stay! We had a wonderful vacation here. I came with my son and his wife along with the two grandkids. There was plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their privacy. The front bedroom is set away from the others with it's own bath. I chose the other master in the back that opened up to the patio with it's own bath. The two kids each had their own room with a bath inbetween. The house has really nice, comfortable furnishings and the game room was a nice plus. We paid for the pool heat but was gone so much we only used it twice during our weeklong stay. It had everything we could ask for from TV's in every room to WIFI to pool toys! The owners were great to work with and we will DEFINITELY stay here again!! Thank you so much!!
The villa is located in 'Bridgewater at Town Center' which is 10 min from the Disney exit on Highway 192. It is a quiet area for relaxing and admiring the local bird life, yet only 5 minutes away from access to all major routes to Sea World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens and many more theme parks and lots and lots of shopping malls. There is a Publix supermarket 3 min by car with other shops, including a bank, restaurants, video & game store, take-away, pharmacy, petrol station, etc..
There are plenty of local golf courses including the course designed by Greg Norman at Champions Gate, 5 minutes away. The villa is used by many golfers who say the courses in the area are amongst the best in the world. Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach and the Everglades are within easy reach.

Pool heat is extra, please contact us for details as our Management Company can then advise if it is required. Prices start at £100 per week or $145. If you decide on pool heat after you arrived, there is an additional charge as it requires a visit to turn it on.
A deposit of £100 per week is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival with discounts available for early payment. A £100 security deposit is also payable and repaid within a week of the end of your stay, subject to terms and conditions.
