The apartment is within walking distance (1000 m) from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area (Cala Girgolu) in Monte Petrosu (municipality of San Teodoro), comprising entrance hall, very large living room (30 sqm) and bright, kitchenette , 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two beds that can be joined if necessary and become a double bed), 1 pouf bed, bathroom with shower, large veranda with garden furniture adjacent to the entrance, tv, sattellitare , washing machine, water supply, mosquito nets, crockery and pots and pans. Well finished.

Monte Petrosu hosts a tranquil tourism. Its position is strategic: a few minutes to reach the most beautiful and renowned beaches of the district (Cala Girgolu, Porto Taverna, Cala Brandinchi, Cala Ginepro, Lu Impostu, La Cinta, Costa Dorata, Capo Coda Cavallo and many others) and the localities most important in the area, San Teodoro (5 minutes), Olbia (12 minutes), Costa Smeralda (Arzachena, Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo 1 hour drive).
In Monte Petrosu you can find various commercial activities: market, bars, tobacconists, newspapers, bakery, delicatessen, butcher, deli, parapharmacy, pizzerias and restaurants.

Très bel appartement

Très joli appartement, les propriétaires d'une grande gentillesse.. Très bon séjour.... De plus, petites attentions très appréciées comme un bon gâteau à l'arrivée, et de la liqueur de myrthe... La propriétaire parle français... Bref, une bonne adresse...

Agréable séjour

Très agréable séjour chez Graziella et Carlo du 23 au 30 octobre 2018. Le logement est spacieux, propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé (machine à laver, draps et linge de lit fournis....). Les propriétaires sont au dessus et sont disponibles pour répondre à nos éventuels besoins (Graziella parlant très bien français). A proximité, de magnifiques plages sans la foule à cette saison.

Big and clean apartment

Mid October I stayed at this apartment in Monte Petrosu. I was directly greeted warmly by Carlo and Graziella, showing me the apartment. They live upstairs and are available whenever you need information. The apartment itself was very clean and had all the necessary utensils and is big enough for atleast 4 people. Also the location is great as it is close to 4 very beautiful beaches and the possibility to make nice walks in nature. If I return to Sardinia, I will keep this apartment definitely on my shortlist!
