At 1 'etage_1 master bedroom (bed 160 cm)

                     1 other with a bed 130 and a bed 100

Ground floor. -bedroom 1M40 bed with the DRC.

EACH LEVEL has his office toilet / WC

A main room for cocktails FRIENDLY, reading area, board games or TV which opens to the kitchen and terrace where you can have lunch, play ping pong or just relax

2 toilet points allow HARMONY in everyday life, like the sink in the garage for fishing returns, bathing and safe for bicycles, washing machine, dryer ........ ..

This house, detached in a small subdivision and QUIET PLEASANT, has private parking for some PEACE

The rentals during school summer holidays will be confirmed if the last 7 nights

The ground floor provides all functions of daily living (kitchen, living room, sitting room with a bed of 1. 40 m, terrace bathroom with toilet and garden from which the possibility of hosting a PERSON WITH REDUCED MOBILITY ( tBC after exchanges between the owner and the prospective tenant).

The first floor is used to host with its 2 bedrooms up to 5 people (2 adults 3 CHILDREN) sharing a bathroom toilet, lovely as spacious and bright.

Exposed to the west, the patio and terrace allow you to enjoy the evening until microclimate.

Private parking for one car, a bicycle storage secure their owners.

maison comme à la maison!!

Maison accueillante et très fonctionnelle. On y retrouve tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances: électroménager, bonne literie, transat, hamac, table de ping pong, nécessaire pour commencer le séjour: sel poivre, papier toilette, carafe d'eau fraiche, produits ménagers,...la propriétaire et la jeune hôtesse sont adorables, bref parfait!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand in einer Anliegerstraße, direkt hinter dem Supermarche. Einkäufe können zu Fuß erledigt werden.

Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. Es fehlte nur der Hinweis vor Ort zum WiFi sowie die Kosten für die Bettwäsche.

Wir werden Maison Zoe gerne weiter empfehlen und auch selber wieder kommen.

Bon séjour dans ce gite bien équipé et agencé à 2 pas de la plage et du bourg de st Martin de ré . Dommage pour nous , la pluie a été présente 6 jours sur les 7 de réservation , le champ d action a été limité pour notre 1ère a l ile de re avec 2 enfants de 2 ans .. Le gite a donc été a la hauteur de nos attentes car nous ne pensions pas l exploiter autant . A noter le contact agréable et la bienveillance de mme villy . A recommander .

Très bonne

Maison très agréable et bien équipée ,parfait pour 2 couples dont 1 avec enfants en bas âge ( l étage inclus 1 salle de bain ). Dommage pour nous , il a plu tte la semaine , nous n avons pu profiter de la terrasse et de la proximité avec la plage ... Mme villy est une propriétaire attentionnée et bienveillante... Le wifi serait un plus .. Gite a recommander !!!!

The town, St Martin de Ré, was listed as a UNESCO heritage through its history (wars, walls, prison, museum), but it's also a resort, certainly in fashion, but respectful of its visitors (bike paths, cultural and popular activities while respecting as much as possible the natural space that makes the charm of the island)

The island is easily accessible thanks to the bridge that connects it to La Rochelle, itself accessible by trains and highways but also by plane (airport Laleu 19 kms)

St Martin is located approximately in the middle of the island allowing many bike rides along the wind, and personal opportunities

My house is at the entrance of the city, outside the walls which means quiet and easy shopping and access to the beach artificial 'of this fortified site offering restaurant, sailing school, and beach monitoring assistance.

It was built in 2004, has not been 'damaged' due to its status as second home of my family and offers 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs with bathroom and WC-1 on the ground floor with bathroom that could be suitable for the disabled) and a large convivial room opening onto kitchen and terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, ping pong ...
