A delightful three bed roomed bungalow in a quiet location overlooking a lake yet close to and with easy access to Disney, Universal, Sea world and numerous golf courses.

It is south facing and benefits from open access to the large lake at the rear. It is not overlooked by neighbouring properties.

The property has a lounge with cable TV and a blu ray player with access to Netflix, a separate family room with cable TV with DVD and over 200 channels and free WiFi Internet access. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV and an en suite shower room. The remaining two bedrooms, which also have cable TV, are adjacent to the family bathroom which also has a shower over the bath.

The solar-heated pool has a screened enclosure. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the double garage as well as a large family BBQ.

All bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided.

The property is 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport and under an hour from Sanford Airport.

We are licensed for short term rental by both Osceola County and the state of Florida

The villa looks exactly like it shows on the photos, much to my wife's delight. The villa was well supported in all bedrooms, Kitchen, Living rooms, bathrooms and pool (towels and toys) We never wanted for anything. We were visited by our extended families (grandchildren included) who we could not get out of the pool.The neighbourhood was quiet and looked after with a childrens park nearby and within walking distance, Theme parks were quite close and not too far to drive to. If we go to the Orlando/Kissimmee area again I would not hestitate to rent this property again.

Bottom line .....Our month's stay was wonderful

A fabulous villa in a quiet location. Wonderful to come back to after a long day out!

Our villa was immaculate. It had everything we needed and was absolutely perfect. The swimming pool was fabulous and the size of the villa was exactly right for our family of 4. We loved our stay and really don't want to leave! We would thoroughly recommend this villa and we look forward to coming back to stay again.

Great place for a relaxing vacation

Must say this was one of the best places we have stayed in our 10 years of coming to Florida. Graham was a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions we had. The house was the cleanest we have ever stayed in and is stocked with all the utensils, towels etc you will need.

The house is so close to the airport that we were able to sleep in the day we left as we didn't have to fight traffic. The community is very residential and quiet. Great place to walk and Publix, MacDonald's and other stores are only 5 min drive away or a 15 min walk so you don't always have to drive! Walmart is about 10 mins.

The layout of the house is great with two living rooms at either end with the master at one end and the other two bedrooms off the other. Great for two couples or those with kids as everyone has their own space.

The pool is heated by solar so that saves you money and by the end of the day its like bath water. We had a few cool days so it took a little longer to heat up but we were still able to enjoy it.

Beds were very comfy and the ceiling fans and AC kept the house cool as the days got hotter.

I've already recommended it to friends traveling to Florida on future vacations.

Looking forward to when we can go back and enjoy this little piece of heaven!

Lovely owners but not our cup of tea

Despite the lovely owners and property managers this house is small, quite old and needs a good clean. There are lots of amenities, almost everything you can think of that you might need (including a commode chair in the garage!) But the result is clutter and a poor level of clean. Deodorizers stuck into half a dozen electric outlets don't solve the problem. Also wasn't fond of the neighborhood. Will go back to staying west of Disneyworld.

Owner's Response: We are sorry that the property did not meet up with Deborah's expectations. It must be remembered that it is a 3 bedroomed property in an established residential area not a 5/6 bedroomed property in a mainly short term rental area like those off the US27. The property is thoroughly cleaned after each rental and fully 'spring' cleaned at least twice a year so cleanliness should not be an issue, we will however be raising this issue with the house managers.

Graham and Denise's home is beautiful. It was easy to find and immediately felt very homely.

We didn't want for anything. Everything we needed was there. The children loved the pool. We loved the layout and having 2 lounges was great. The attractions were accessible as well as fuel stations and grocery shops. A perfect and relaxing location.
