The property has many of it's original features and consists of two double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom) and a single bedroom (with bunk beds) over three floors. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom, whilst the third bedroom (with en-suite) is located towards the back of the property in the basement. The layout of the property is ideal for two couples to have independent space, whilst sharing the lounge and kitchen areas. Modern basement kitchen leading onto enclosed garden. Central heating throughout the property. A wood burner is located in the kitchen dining area therefore making it a relaxed place to cook and catch up with the family and/or friends any time of the year. Large lounge area with: double sofas, an electric piano, television and hi-fi facilities on the middle floor. Free Wi-Fi is included too!
NB: The property has open stairs so children should be supervised at all times and is not suitable for children under the age of five years. The property is also not suitable for people with restricted mobility. Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed as a family of three generations and found the layout worked really well for us. The kitchen/diner is very spacious and we spent a lot of time in that room just relaxing and enjoying the welcome gifts but had the bonus of a separate lounge as well. Diane was very prompt at dealing with queries and responded quickly by email from the initial enquiry. Damage deposit was also returned promptly. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
This was our second visit to Arlington Avenue. The house is a perfect base to visit London as it is in a quiet area but within easy access of Upper Street and all that Islington has to offer. Public transport into Central London is also close by. The house is extremely comfortable with wi-fi access and many other attributes which make it feel like a home from home. Thank you Diane for another successful London visit.
A lovely experience, every facility was provided including wine and chocolates on the kitchen table on our arrival. Good wifi and hifi . Flat screen tv and the radio was tuned to radio 4 , The property was clean and the landlady was very helpful to our every request. We used the house as a base for our daughters wedding and the morning after it was lovely to go for a walk around the well maintained small park opposite the house and the nearby regents canal.
We planned the visit, to house our bride, bridesmaid, mother and father of the bride. It's a perfect location for islington registry office. We particularly loved the kitchen diner, we had an open house Sunday, it was perfect with lots of room for everybody. The booking process was fast and efficient, as was the return of our deposit. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Particularly lived the welcome gifts left for our bride. My husband left his iPod in the bedroom, it has just been returned via royal mail. I cannot recommend the house enough, thank you Diane for a perfect stay.
Diane's place is fantastic. We booked it for my wedding so that my mum and dad and bridesmaids all had a base close by to our venues.
The location was perfect, close to upper st/restuarants and everything we needed. The house is great, espeically the open kitchen diner which is perfect for families/groups to socialise in and kitted out with everything you need. The garden is beautiful too.
Rooms are spacious - x2 bathrooms are very much needed for a house of this size so was a relief when we all had to get ready in the morning.
What was great is all the little touches that Diane organised including our welcome note/treats and a neighbour to check in on if we needed anything.
Diane was very flexible on all our travel plans/arrival and departure times which was so helpful with everything else that i had to organise - thank you!
We couldn't have asked for more Diane and would recommend everyone to stay in your pad in Islington. We hope to return!
We were a group of 6 girls and really appreciate our stay in Diane's house. It is so difficult to find a 3 bedrooms + 2 bathroom place in central London. Great location and cosy house. We may come back again to enjoy the little garden next time!
