Mas de l'Olivet is situated within walking distance of Fayence village and enjoys splendid views over the valley and countryside. A spacious family home in enclosed grounds and has a good level of privacy. The villa is comfortably furnished, nicely presented and with a well equipped kitchen. There is also the added bonus of a lovely pool-side kitchen with all appliances and a barbecue. The grounds are on two levels, with a covered dining terrace on the upper level and steps down to the pool area, pool house, sun terraces and a lawned area, ideal for children to play. There is an abundance of Mediterranean plants, flowers and trees to make the whole outside a very welcoming area. The walk to Fayence village is uphill and about 5 minutes stroll will get you to the market place. There is a market three times a week with an excellent choice of locally grown produce, herbs, spices, olives and other lovely aromas to whet your appetite. You will find plenty of good restaurants with the added bonus of being able to walk back to your villa!

Distances. Fayence village with shops and restaurants 300m Motorway - 20 mins drive. Lac de St Cassien 15 minutes. Cannes and the coast 40 minutes drive. Nice airport - 45 minutes drive.

Villa Mas de L'Olivet is situation just below the village of Fayence and you can walk up the hill to the village square in around 5 minutes. A perfect location for those trips to the market days or to stroll home from the restaurant in the evenings.
A traditional Provencal town, Fayence is perched on top of a hill, and thus offers fantastic panoramic views of the surrounding area. For those looking for holiday villas in France, Fayence has many attractions which keep locals and tourists coming back year after year and is often looked on as the gateway to the Provence hinterland. The town itself has kept much of its charm and much of its medieval architecture, which is another obvious attraction.
With so much to see from your villa, Fayence is a great option for a holiday in Provence. Towards the south of Fayence are the infamous Cote d'Azur towns of Cannes and St Raphael, which make for interesting day trips, however Fayence provides a much more relaxing atmosphere for long evening meals, and it is nice to take a step back from other areas which can become overrun with tourists. Fayence is a lovely place to take a self-catering break in the South of France, as there can surely be no better feeling than relaxing in a peaceful environment having experimented with your own cooking and the local produce.
Many of our villas in Fayence come with swimming pools and large outdoor areas with a generous amount of outdoor space in which you can enjoy the clement weather. Away from the villas the town and the local area provide plenty of opportunities for adventure, such as the nearby town of Grasse, with its elegant architecture and perfume museums.
