The apartment is part of a beautiful courtyard development carefully designed for holiday use, with its own attractive large swimming pool in the centre, exclusive to occupants of the apartments. large living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom with double bed, guest bedroom with two singles (can be pushed together), double sofa bed in living room, travel baby cot so can accommodate up to 6, washing machine, satellite TV (English channels), DVD, Music Station with FM-AM radio,CD and USB,Fan in the bedrooms, bed linen/towels. The apartment has also a lovely shaded terrace supplied with dining table and six chairs and two deck chairs in the front garden. No pets, no smoking inside.
The apartment is located near the front of the La Cinuelica complex which is a few minutes walk from the main N332, the main road which runs from Alicante in the north, to Cartagena in the south. The closest town, Torrevieja is just a 10 minute drive along this road, or there are plenty of local buses. Torrevieja is a typically lively Spanish sea side town with lovely beaches, a large marina / port, many cafes, bars, restaurants and famous street markets. There are five large supermarkets, numerous banks, shops and many friendly pubs and restaurants within walking distance. There are several beaches within a 15-20 minute walk or other beaches just a short drive from the house. The nearest beaches are Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. The apartment is also ideally situated for golfers, being only a 15 minute drive from the many championship courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. The world famous La Manga Golf club is only 40 minutes away
••Deposit/rental payments in £GB acceptable, if preferred, by bank transfer to our UK /Spanish bank - ask us for current rates. Deposit of 100 (Euro or £) required to book this apartment; send email confirming that you would like to reserve this apartment for your stated dates, and we will reply with the account details of our Spanish and UK banks for your payment; please use your surname as the payment reference. We will provisionally reserve the apartment in your name for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit; please email us to confirm that you have made the payment, so that we can look in the account for its receipt. Once received, we shall email you that this is now a firm booking for you. If we don't get your deposit within the 7 days allowed, the provisional reservation will be voided and offered again; if you still want it and it is available, you will have to book again. Deposit is non-returnable, but may be used for an alternative date - additional £40 admin charge for changes.
••The balance of your rental charge may be paid in full, either in cash Euro on arrival (no payment, no admittance!), or by bank transfer up to 14 days before the start of your holiday - if doing this, please email us that this is what you are doing - payment reference your surname. In either case, you will require to bring, in cash Euro, an additional 100 Euro key & cleaning deposit, which you will give to our Agent, along with the rental balance, who will meet you on your arrival. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, assuming no losses or damage, less a 45 Euro cleaning & laundry charge, so a party of up to 6, with no losses/damage, can expect to have 55 Euro returned at the end of their stay. There is an additional 15 Euro charge for late meeting and early departures (between 20.00 and 08.00).Included in the above price is electricity, air conditioning, bed linen, towels and taxes.
On arrival days, The apartment will be available after 16:00, and on departure that apartment should be vacated by 11:00. (Note: this is just to give hosts time to clean the apartment and change and wash the bed linen and towels. By arrangement you can leave your luggage in the apartment, and if there is no incoming guests you may arrange a later departure, or if there are no outgoing guests you can arrange to move into the apartment earlier.
