About this property

Spacious and bright apartment of recent construction located on the first floor of an independent villa with garden and private parking, in a small hamlet of the municipality of Montignoso surrounded by greenery and tranquility of the countryside, a few minutes (5) from the sea coast.
The house has an independent access, ample parking and garden on all sides of the property with a shaded area, table, chairs, hammock and availability of barbecue.
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, oven), large dining table, high chair for children, living room with TV and WI-FI throughout the house
In the sleeping area there are 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom (with the possibility, on request, of a bed for two people), two complete bathrooms.
The house also has large independent terraces with panoramic views of the Apuan mountains, the Aghinolfi castle and the sea.
Part of the garden is made available and for the exclusive use of guests. In the months of June and September without added costs we give you the opportunity to have an umbrella and two deck chairs in a fully equipped bathing establishment.

Very comfortable

I recommend booking this appartment. You get the whole of the top floor. There are 3 double bedrooms - 1 is very big and the 2nd is big, and a single room which is a nice size for a single. All have wardrobes which together with a cupboard in the hallway gives plenty of space. The 2 bathrooms are very high quality (1 has a bath). It was spotlessly clean. Mauro was very welcoming. You get a private parking space, and a remote to open the electronic gate. You have full use of the garden, with some nice furniture. The kitchen, dining area and lounge make a nice open plan space. Its very comfortable.

Spacious, clean and in a good location with friendly family owners.

Comfortable, quiet and well equipped with secure parking. Good views of the mountains to the east. Nearby supermarket and restaurant. Good location for day trips to Lucca, Pisa, Florence and marble quarries. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend this property.

Convenient location, lots of space.

We had a lovely holiday at the property in July 2018. The flat has been recently refurbished, the kitchen and bathrooms were brand new. We liked the flat as it was bright and very spacious for 5 of us. We also liked the big garden. Location was convenient and inly 5 minutes drive from the beach. Would definitely recommend the property!

Fantastic Spacious Vacation House

We had a great stay in this vacation house. It has 3 bedrooms, of which 1 has airconditioning, 2 bathrooms and big livingroom with a full equipped kitchen. You can make use of the big garden, use of the BBQ, there is also a washing machine available. You can park your car next to the house. Ginevra and Mauro are great hosts. We also made use of the offer to make use of a parasol and beachbeds at their beach club. We will definitely come back next year.

Like last year we had a great vacation this summer at the Riviera della Versilia. Ginevra and Mauro are super hosts. Many thanks to both of them. It is not unlikely that we will return next year ;-)
