This amazing luxury 3 bedroom apartment is located in the idillic Spanish fishing village of Gran Tarajal, just 25 minutes South of the island, from the airport.. The apartment comprises of 3 bedrooms with an infants cot + high chair,which are available FREE of charge if required.The large modern living & dining area is fitted with air-conditioning.

The apartment as a 45m sq private sun soaked terrace, which includes front line breathtaking sea & mountain views.The 25m swimming pool can also be viewed from the terrace.

The fully equipped modern kitchen includes cooker, dishwasher and microwave. Leading off the kitchen is a utility area & washing machine.Nespresso coffee machine is provided in the kitchen,for all those coffee lovers!

This uniquely located apartment offers lazy days by the pool,gym facility or strolls into the harbour or nearby town with its promenade & unspoilt sandy beach!

The promenade offers a good choice of restaurants of which are all very reasonably priced & to a high standard of food!And for fish lovers the daily catch is highly recommended.

Location: Vista Mar 5J located in Gran Tarajal,overlooking the harbour which takes pride in hosting the Fuerteventura. Gran Tarajal Open de Pesca de Altura. Open Deep Sea Fishing Championship. This takes place in early September and is renowned for its big catches of Marlin,there is a typical Spanish fiesta(party) at the end of the championship which takes place just 2 minutes walk from the apartment,lots of fun!!

Gran Tarajal's location means that it is a good base, it as all amenities to hand and is just a 20 minute drive to the famous white sandy beaches of the south, zoo and water sport regions!

Complex amenities: The complex as a fully equipped gym with changing & shower room facilities adjacent to it.Vista Mar also offers a 25m swimming pool with a separate children's pool. The pool area is equipped with comfortable modern sun loungers & parasols for shade. All this is exclusive for guests & owners only!

Vista Mar 5J is one of very few that includes its own private parking space, directly behind the apartment, this means no walking up or down stairs with heavy shopping or beach bags:-)

Local attractions & activities: For anyone who is partial for a round of golf,Las Playitas is just 5 minutes from the apartment and is set in a idyllic ocean view location.Also very popular on the island is the sport of kite & wind surfing,located just 20 minutes South is the famous beach of Sotavento,lessons are available here at the Rene Egli Centre.

There is a secure parking space at the rear of the apartment. This is ideal for shopping days as there is no need to carry heavy bags up stairs to the apartment.The nearest lift is located just 5 meters from the apartment door. We also provide an umbrella on the balcony to provide shelter at the front of the balcony if required.

Amazing apartment with breathtaking views

Couldn't ask for anymore from this amazing apartment. Everything was spot on from the moment we arrived. The pictures don't reveal the true beauty of this property. The location Is an excellent base for getting around the island if you want to explore. Leslie and Tracy couldn't have been anymore helpful if they tried from booking the apartment, to recommending restaurants, car hire and places to see. The restaurants were all fabulous although we did keep going back to the same one due to it being so nice. The facilities were of a very high standard and the apartment is beautifully furnished and very modern. We can't wait to go back here, I can see why the apartment is so popular. The views are amazing we didn't want to leave. I Would definitely recommend this apartment it was amazing.

Lovely apartment in top class complex

Spent over 2 weeks here in June with my wife,2 young kids and my father.

Apartment was fantastic,complex was very well maintained and the view was beautiful from the huge terrace.

In my opinion a car is a must for visiting surrounding beaches and resorts.

Gran Tarajal itself was a bit too quiet for us and choice of restaurants was a bit limited.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the only negative on the apartment was the air conditioning,we felt that this is badly needed.

Would recommend this to those looking for a very laid back holiday but possibly more suited to older people.

Having said that we would definitely not rule out returning.

We found Lesley and Tracey a joy to deal with and any issues that arose were dealt with quickly.

Fabulous apt, but gran tarajal not for us.

Could not fault the apt. It's perfect. From the underground carpark so close to the front door of such a well equipped apt, to the stunning views. It has everything you need. We just wish it was in or near Corralejo. Gran Tarajal was just a bit too quiet for us.

Hidden gem!

Clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable with a beautiful view from sunrise to sunset. This apartment is perfect for a family or couple of any age. The stairs to the apartment are steep but the parking garage allows access for even the infirm. The communal pool is welcome and well kept.

Gran Tarajal isn't a resort as such but it is a lovely Spanish town with great bars and restaurants ( mostly frequented by locals). The beach is amazing, never crowded but you won't find pedaloes or banana boats. This is a working town, but, if you prefer a big resort you will easily find one within about 30 minutes. The roads and driving conditions are excellent. All in all, a holiday to remember.

absolutely gorgeous property

We arrived at the property and was greeted by a lovely bottle of wine and a welcome card which was really nice welcoming touch. The property itself was amazing with absolutely stunning sea views, and had everything you could possibly need inside and out with stylish furnishings throughout. Dvds and board games were provided for the evening which gave a real home from home feeling. This is a fantastic property and in a brilliant central location which makes it ideal for travelling around the island.
