This original Land House with incredible views of the sea is also available for a long term winter let from October - Abril , cost 1750.00 Euros per month plus costs such as central heating, Firewood for the fire place. Pool and garden maintenance are included in the rental price.

Lovely pool and terrace

The property has been updated a little from a previous visit. Its finca style and has amazing views fron the pool and terrace. The sunset are breath taking. Very quiet if no one in the adjacent villa. A few maintenance issues, doors not closing, no door handle on one bedroom, bulbs not working and too high to change. Wardrobe door clip broken. Styled photos don't reflect the actual look, the fresh white and bright green look, is in reality not what it looks like now. Although there are lovely features, like the old front door, timber ceilings and porch terrace. Think the property needs a few extra things to reflect the images on the advert and the price.

Bright green cushions, kitchen equipment such as a mixing bowl, measuring jug, rug for Sangria etc. A tray, small bowls for olives and nibbles, serving spoons, better peeler, whisk. The TV etc. It's a little old, so didn't work with Amazon tv gadget. WiFi is limited to dining room and terrace only.

A sun umbrella for use with sunbeds as full sun and no shade in the afternoon.

Had a lovely break just think a few inexpensive changes would make the stay better.

absolutely perfect

We just came back for a week stay in Can Marquet, Ibiza.

Everything went so perfectly from the beginning till the last end, the house is very nice (just look at the photos, this is actually what you get - oh well, actually, the best is not shown on the photos: the fantastic sunset in front of the swimming pool every single night...

The house is 30mn far from the city, so be aware that it's a long trip, but if you want to stay away from the buzzle of crazy Ibiza, this is the perfect place.

Since I wasn't very reassured by renting a villa on my own, I decided to take an insurance in case, but to be honest, it was just a waste of money. You can trust Andrea, she is very helpful, available to answer all your questions (and I had so many!) - and most important thing: extremely reliable.

When you arrive, Guenolee takes care of you - she is great, super nice, and was very helpful.

Honestly, apart from the bad weather, it was perfect! (i would maybe add some games and candles for rainy nights ;)

Thanks again for everything, we are looking forward coming back soon!

A Beautiful Experience

Can Marquet is a very special villa. The view from the garden is spectacular. The modern details within the villa have been added to make your stay as easy as possible. The agents are both very professional and helpful and do everything to make sure your holiday is as special as possible. 10/10

The Balance is just right

Myself and my partner were looking for somewhere "special" to get away and invite some family to come join us on holidays. I love the comforts of home when away and my partner prefers a luxurious hotel feel so I knew I had my work cut out to find the right place for both of us!! I looked at many places before finding this house. I knew from the photos I would win over my partner and I was already sold as it had everything we would need to eat in (when needed) and relax in style with plenty of room so we wouldn´t feel cramped with other family members there. I contacted Andrea and explained the type of holiday we were looking for, relaxing, quiet, not too far from life outside the walls of the property and within easy reach of great Cala´s and restaurants. Andrea was really helpful and spent a lot time talking me through the house and things to do in the surrounding area. Even once booked, Andrea was available for questions so it felt like we had our own personal holiday rep!! As a group we had great plans to go out and explore the island but upon arrival realised that was going to be very difficult as the house was just WOW!!! Lots of Zones to relax as a group, on your own or as a couple. Every room has a great feel and the terrace area is great for outside dining and relaxing on the sofas. I also loved the front terrace and this had a completely different feel to the rest of the house so you felt you could escape with your book! I loved the dining area off the kitchen and we had some really nice meals there. It really is one of those rooms where you find something interesting to look at everytime you sit in there. Our bedroom was number 4 in the photos and we loved the bathroom so much I have since contacted Andrea to ask for the details of the finish on the floor/walls! The house has everything you would need for a very comfortable holiday whilst at the same time give you a feeling of complete luxury. I recommend Gin & Tonics on the terrace anytime of the day. I would not hesitate in recommending this as a must have holiday. We are looking to get away again before the end of the year and I would have no issue holidaying in the same house twice in one year!!!

A great stay in a nice and quiet place

Me and 6 other friends decided to spend a week of holidays in Ibiza this year. We were looking for a quiet and relaxing place. Can Marquet was exactly what we were looking for!

Beautiful view by the pool, in a very quiet area of Ibiza, but 5 mins driving from the north shores and 25 mins from the wild nightlife in Eivissa.

The house is clean and exactly as shown on the pictures. Andrea and her staff were very professional and nice since the first contact.

This is the place I would reconsider first for my next trip to Ibiza.

Wunderschönes Haus mit ganz viel Charme

Wir haben in einem großen Freundeskreis hier eine wunderschöne Zeit verlebt und uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön auf einem Berg mit dem Blick aufs Meer. Die Zimmer sind toll eingerichtet und alle so schön verschachtelt gelegen, dass man keine Probleme mit so vielen Leuten bekommt und sich auf die Nerven geht. Der Service ist perfekt, man hat an alles gedacht und ist immer ansprechbar für weitere Vorschläge.

Die Gegend um Ort San Joan herum ist meiner Meinung nach die schönste auf Ibiza, von hier aus kann man in soviele tolle Buchte fahren und es gibt unheimlich viel zu sehen. Wir werden ganz sicher wider kommen und wir können es jedem nur empfehlen.

Stay tax £0.90 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 14 years.

Prices for renting the villa are in Euro, calculated on a weekly basis, and include cleaning costs and heating. Rentals typically run from Saturday to Saturday, but this and weekend breaks can be arranged at the discretion of the owner. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Full payment thereafter must be made no later than 8 weeks before the start of the booked period or on arrival, payable in Euros. A refundable damage deposit is added to your final bill. Presuming there is no damage to the property this is returned to you shortly after your departure.
