The Villa is an impressive, modern and carefully maintained property set in a half-acre secure private garden on wooded hills on the edge of the medieval hilltop village of Biot and centrally located on the Cote d’Azur.
An open plan living area and sliding glass windows and doors provide a light and airy feel, with distant views across the hills towards Nice from a large picture window.
The main floor includes a large air-conditioned master bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) and open plan kitchen/dining/living area; a rear balcony with seating area remains shaded throughout the day.
The living area opens onto a south-facing patio with outdoor dining area, barbeque and salt-water pool. Three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the cool lower level. A single first floor study with small rooftop balcony completes the accommodation.
The Villa has underfloor heating throughout.
Biot is situated just 2 miles inland from the coastline of the Alpes Maritimes, known as the Cote d'Azur. It stretches along France's Mediterranean coast, from the Massif de l'Esterel to the Italian border.
Many of the towns along the coast have become renowned as playgrounds of the rich and famous. Cannes, home of the Film Festival, Monte Carlo in Monaco, Villefranche, Nice, St Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Cap d'Antibes and Juan-les-Pins are all part of this amazing coastline.
Venture inland into the hills overlooking the coast and you will find medieval towns and villages such as Vence and neighbouring St Paul-de-Vence, Mougins, Valbonne and Eze, each offering a glimpse into the rich history of the region. These are places to search out fantastic restaurants, beautiful architecture and stunning views.
Biot gives you easy access to everything the Cote d'Azur has to offer, but also a quiet place to relax - the best of both worlds.
