It is in a quiet block with only 5 other apartments, it is just a 5min walk to the centre of Los Gigantes and 10min to the harbour and beach. This is a large property (120sq.m) spread over 2 floors. The LOWER FLOOR (62sq.m) is the living area, containing the following: Fully functional , well-equipped KITCHEN area, with a Fridge Freezer and a Washing Machine. DINING Area - a table with seating for 4 (can be extended). LOUNGE Area - a large, light and airy open-plan space with TV, DVD player, CD player, Internet, Wi-Fi and ceiling fans. There is also an extensive DVD and Book library. LOWER FRONT TERRACE is secluded and perfect for sunbathing. The views of the sea and cliffs are amazing, making this the perfect place to eat 'al fresco' or have a quiet drink while watching the spectacular sunsets. There is a table with 5 chairs and 2 sunbeds. LOWER CLOAKROOM with a wash hand basin and toilet. The UPPER FLOOR (58sq.m) has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 shower room with toilet, front and rear terraces. The FRONT BEDROOM is large and contains a king-size bed, ample wardrobe space, dressing table with mirror, hair-dryer, ceiling fan, tower fan and a safe for storing valuables. The UPPER FRONT TERRACE opens from the front bedroom and has an amazing panoramic view of the cliffs, the sea, the harbour and the adjacent islands. There is a table with 2 chairs for morning coffee or evening sundowners and 2 sunbeds. It is also secluded for sunbathing. The BACK BEDROOM is very large and contains 2 single beds, ceiling fan and a sofa. There is ample storage provided with 2 bedside tables, 2 sets of drawers and a large wardrobe. Patio doors lead out to the UPPER REAR terrace, where there is a table and 2 chairs. The BATHROOM is fully-fitted with a shower over the bath and a toilet. The SHOWER ROOM is fully-fitted and has a shower cubicle and a toilet. Including the lower cloakroom, there are 3 toilets in total. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: There are several smoke alarms (photoelectric and optical) fitted throughout the apartment. There are many TV channels available, offering TV channels mainly from the UK, Ireland and the USA. No smoking inside the apartment - smoking is allowed on the terraces. No pets are allowed. The property is accessed by a number of steps (47), and as such, it is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. Los Gigantes is located on a hill. The stroll from the apartment down to the centre of the village takes 5 mins but will most likely take a bit longer to walk back - taxis are readily available. The property is not suitable for children under 10 years due to the height of the Lower Front Terrace wall (with the lower terrace doors open, constant supervision would be required).
