The property is booked exclusively - sleeps max 18. The property is very private with two secure courtyards, and the accommodation is mainly ground floor around the courtyards. The pool is new with bifold doors and is separately accessed so can be securely locked for safety.
Brooklands Cottage sleeps 8 - 3 large bedrooms - two have either three singles or superking plus single bed, one has twin or superking. Two full bathrooms. New kitchen diner and large vaulted lounge.
