This is a comfortable 2 bedroom /2 bathroom master bedroom with ensuite and twin room with bathroom apartment garden located on the prestigious and popular complex of Hacienda Playa, Elviria near to Marbella. This is a non smoking apartment.

The apartment is light and spacious and is fully equipped, including the kitchen. There is a large terrace that both bedrooms and lounge lead out on to. Underground parking and gated complex. The apartment is walking distance to all amenities ideal for a family holiday.

Regarded as one of the best established developments in the area, all apartments are spacious and built to a high standard. The complex has excellent communal areas with well kept, mature gardens and a large swimming pool. Although the complex is extremely popular due to its reputation, even in the summer months, it is rarely overcrowded.

All apartments in the Hacienda Playa complex are located within walking distance of the beach, have high specification kitchens, spacious terraces, underground parking spaces and hot & cold air-conditioning.

Elviria apartment

We have been to Elviria before, but not to this development or this apartment. It's a great location, quiet and charming but with road (and car) access east to Malaga or west to Marbella and then on to Gibraltar (more fun than you might have been led to believe), Tarifa and Cadiz. The apartment feels spacious, cool and high standard, with a shaded terrace and a garden, completely not overlooked by surrounding properties. When we arrived (late and tired) everything was as we were expecting and there were none of those 'how the hell does this work' moments that can occur when you go into rented accommodation. The beach is a couple of minutes walk away and there's a rather good supermarket five minutes drive away that does particularly good bread. Can't speak about local restaurants, but Marbella old town is worth a look, and Malaga harbourside is now redeveloped and well worth a visit. We missed having broadband, but compensated by buying a dongle - which of course gives access to lots of local information. Would we recommend to friends? - we already have. Would we go again? - indeed.

Fantastic!!!

We stayed for 1 week in this very nice, clean apartment. Everything is great and very tastefully decorated. On the terrace you can relax and enjoy the rush of the sea. The location of the apartment is great and we thank you very much for the perfect organization of keys and detailed directions to the object. It was all perfect.

The complex has excellent communal areas with well kept, mature gardens and a large swimming pool. Although the complex is extremely popular due to its reputation, even in the summer months, it is rarely overcrowded.

Hacienda Playa complex are located within walking distance of the beach, has spacious terraces, underground parking spaces and hot & cold air-conditioning. The communal gardens are always well maintained and have large swimming pools.

Within walking distance of your apartment, on the north side (the mountain side) of the main road in Elviria, there are a couple of supermarkets, a dry cleaners, hair dressers, a hardware shop and a taxi rank.

There are also several bars and a variety of restaurants to choose from offering cuisine from around the world. In the actual Spanish part of Elviria, also know as “the village” or “old town” you have a post office, a town hall and a church plus more eating places and local bars.

On the beach side you have the 5 star luxury Don Carlos Hotel which is a land mark in the area. The world famous “Nikki Beach” is on the beach in Elviria. The place to be seen with the rich and famous! Along the sandy beaches are many chiringuitos to try out – you will be spoilt for choice.

There are three golf courses located within the area; Santa Maria, Santa Clara and the Marbella Club, with other courses just a short drive away. The Don Carlos Tennis Club is also located in Elivira and is fully equipped with modern facilities.
