Wonderful Location & Beautiful Apartment
We enjoyed a lovely week at this apartment. Tanja was very welcoming and made the arrival process easy. She even provided a crib, high chair, and other necessary accessories for our young daughter. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect size for our little family of three. We loved the neighborhood as it was a bit quieter than the main tourist areas, but it was still a quick walk to Marienplatz. The area is filled with cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We also really enjoyed that the apartment came with a parking spot. Having a car is definitely not a necessity, but we used ours to explore the surrounding areas.
The best part about this apartment is the location. We were able to access many different areas of the city by foot or the underground (there is a station located just down the street). We had an absolutely wonderful time in Munich, and I highly recommend this apartment for your visit!
Little Piece of Heaven in Munich
This chic and comfortable apartment has all the conveniences of home, centrally located to most areas by a quick 10 minute walk or subway ride at the corner. The Gartnerplatz has a grocery store and many lovely, locally owned restaurants and shops. The full kitchen and washer/dryer was wonderful, and heated floors made it cozy. The building is quiet and the few neighbors we saw were very friendly. Tommy who checked us in had great bakery & restaurant suggestions, we made sure to check out the Christmas Markets! Tanja was a pleasure to work with, would stay here again!
Close to the center of everything
Very nice apartment, very nice kitchen, convenient to everything. My wife and I walked everywhere, no taxi, no subway, easy flat walks. My only constructive comment would be to have an ice tray for us Americans. Included underground car parking space. Clean, modern chic apartment.
The location of the apartment is perfect. Just steps away are multiple U-bahn, tram and bus lines though you can easily walk to most major sites. Even though it's central, it's really quiet. We slept with the windows open. Saturday night did have some music but it ended promptly at midnight and was easily silenced by shutting the window.

This extremely quiet, centrally located apartment was a winner and we would stay here again. The balcony and garden view were superior. It may be a little expensive but is worth it. The tram and the U-Bahn are extremely close. We appreciated the close bakery with good open hours. The close by Gardenplatz has a wonderful ambiance and restaurants. The markets are very convenient.
