Beautifully maintained, spacious apartment which sleeps four. An ideal location only a few minutes walk from sandy beaches and local restaurants and bars. Free WiFi internet access.

The lounge, dining area leads onto a patio and garden area (ideal for 'al fresco' dining).

The TV receives Spanish TDT the equivalent of Freeview in the UK. Many channels screen English and Ameriican TV series, sport such as football, tennis and F1 as well as movies from around the world. Some original English language programmes and movies can be switched via the remote control, from Spanish into English e.g. cartoons, Disney programmes, Discovery Max and movies. There is also a DVD player, iPod dock, PS2 and games.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and master bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

Well maintained communal pool and surrounding gardens.

Underground parking and intercom security entrance.

Very nice apartment with good facilities home from home.

The apartment is based a 10 minute walk away from the Arenal beach which we had no problems with but elderly people might find a bit too far. The resort was very busy but the area where the apartment is located is quiet inside and outside the building. The apartment is a good size with two large bedrooms one of which is en-suite. The second bedroom would benefit from air conditioning as the ceiling fan does not really do anything to reduce the temperature. The living room is also a good size but late evening gets very warm and again the ceiling fan doesn't reduce the temperature maybe a upright fan would be better to use. We have never stayed in an apartment where the kitchen was so well equipped and so many extra comforts to make your stay like a home from home.The lovely pool was kept very clean and we observed the pool cleaners twice during our stay.We had the pool virtually to ourselves for the entirety of our stay using the loungers down to the pool for sunbathing from the apartment.There was also small sunbathing chairs available to take to the beach if you chose to.

Would we return as a couple deffinatley but to bring family members I think extra air con would be benificial.

Perfect holiday

This great apartment had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The photos and description on the website are accurate, not like some apartments we have booked in the past. The location was perfect for us, quiet, but within easy walking distance of the supermarket and the Arenal beach area. We had some great meals overlooking the sea in the restaurants. The views from the apartment shared roof terrace of the sea and mountains were fabulous. We loved the private terrace and sunny pool area. Scott was very helpful and answered all our questions and we found the booking process easy. Highly recommended.

Excellent.

I found this to be an excellent ground floor apartment, very clean, with everything you require. From the apartment you have easy access to the pool and surrounding area. With only a couple of minutes from the sea front, ten minutes from two coves where the sea is like a pond, brilliant for those who like a swim in the sea, or just unwind. A fifteen minute steady stroll on the level brings you to the Arenal with supermarket, shops, an array of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. There's even a film night on the beach. A must visit is the old town and harbour. From the harbour you can get a boat trip to Denia a lovely place to visit for a day out. For those who choose not to hire a car and want to go further afield for a day there's a bus stop at the next apartment block. A great time was had and will certainly be visiting again. Stunning apartment in a stunning location.

The apartment itself is extremely well kept and feels very homely. The patio and the garden is ideal with part sun and shade all day round. The pool access is fantastic and the pool itself is quiet and clean.

The rocky beach across the road from the apartment is fantastic and we spent many evenings sat on the rocks over looking the sea. The coves just down the road are beautiful and easily accessible. The sandy beach, a short walk the opposite way, is also beautiful with a plethora of bars and restaurants over looking the beach.

A little gem

Originally enquired for October then realised a week in June was available - what a bonus! The apartment is everything and more than is advertised.it is clean,well equipped and perfectly placed for the beach and only a short walk from the restaurants and nightlife of the Arenal. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful ,unlike some of the apartment blocks we have stayed in. Beautiful pool in pleasant surroundings which we had to ourselves for the whole week. Everything we could have wished for a quiet and restful holiday. Scott made us very welcome and was efficient with his "meet and greet".

June was a bonus we can't wait for our return in October and have already enquired directly with the owners for a return next year. We recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a holiday to remember - you will return over and over again - I know we will!

Residensia San Martin

This was our second stay in this lovely apartment. We enjoy the comfortable sofas and beds, also great to be able to sit outside on our own terrace. It was very clean and warm -great to have a sunny apartment. The location is great - probably better to have a car. Scott is very helpful, we could not ask for a better place to stay in Javea. Javea is steeped in history. Landscapes offer sandy beaches and rocky coves to mountains and valleys. With around 320 days a year of sunshine. Take a walk through the narrow streets and sample the many tapas bars in the Old Town. A ten minute walk will find you among fine restaurants, friendly family bars, shops and craft stalls along the Arenal beach front. Javea has something for everybody. There are other places of interest nearby such as the splendid city of Valencia. Valencia really is a 'must see' city. For those who do not wish to travel so far we are only 40 minutes from the theme parks of Benidorm. If you go to Denia some 15 minutes away by car you can catch a ferry to the islands of Ibiza and Majorca.
