Super Villa mit fantastischem Blick.
Die Villa war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Blick auf das Meer ist unbeschreiblich. Manolis hat sich sehr hervorragend um uns gekümmert und war jederzeit zu erreichen.
great location, beautiful view, beautiful villa, wonderfully equipped, perfect service - only pros, I recommend
An outstanding villa with a spectacular location.
Fabulous villa in a wonderful location. We were 3 generations of our family for a special celebration, so villa layout was ideal for our needs and exceptionally well equipped. Tsampikos and Elisavet were excellent hosts and looked after us very well. We loved having the sea so close for snorkelling/swimming and we also had lots of fun in the pool.
Suberb. A splendid villa great to get up and walk into the sea. Did not need a car as the supermarket delivers to the villa on a text message. We recommend Kourtis supermarket who were most helpful.
Although there is a taverna in walking distance, we particularly liked Platanos Taverna, a short drive away.
Wonderful holiday and highly recommended by all our family. That aside a superb holiday. Worth every euro and we will be back again.
Paradise in Rhodes! Can’t wait to return!
When our son broke his arm just before our holiday were overwhelmed when Lisa and Tsampikos went the extra mile to try accommodating us another date. They were very easy to contact and always friendly and helpful.
The villa itself was dreamlike!! We hired a car which was helpful as we had young children and the walk to the nearest restaurant was a bit too far.
When at the villa we used 2 out of the 3 bedrooms and found they met our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked meals regularly during our stay. The outside BBQ was also lovely !
The beds were very comfortable in all the rooms with very good air conditioning throughout.
Outside the pool was fantastic! Just as you see in the pictures. In September it was warm enough our children still played in it all day!. There are many places to relax outside with beds by the pool, table and chairs by the bbq, a table and chairs on the upper balcony and comfy recliners overlooking the beach. Also there was a table tennis that Kids spend many hours. The beach was direct infant of the villas and was almost private. The water was crystal clear and morning swimming was an unforgettable experience!!
Me and my son spent many hour fishing and caught many small pretty fish.
There are a few shops a short drive away. One delivered a welcome basket to the property with wine which was a nice touch.
Our week at the villa was just what we needed to relax and unwind. If you like the pictures book it! It is as beautiful as you hope it will be! We really hope to stay again in the future and have recommended Villa Dionysos to a number of families we know.
Thank youTsampikos, Lisa & Manolis. We had the most perfect stay!
What an amazing vacation!!!
What an amazing vacation!!! We stayed at the villa for two weeks and we wish we could stay there for all summer. The villa is located on an almost private beach with crystal clear water and a breathtaking view of the sea. The villa is modern decorated and fully equipped. The patio the pool area and the garden are great with a table tennis also. The bedrooms are lovely with comfortable beds. The view from the master bedroom is stunning! The owners were very helpful from the moment that we have booked the villa until we checked out.
We had the most wonderful stay at the beautiful Villa Dionysos! The views are to die for and the website pictutures cannot do it justice.
We were a family of 7 with young adult children and 50 something parents(who were prepared to pay for it all!!) We all enjoyed the infinity(!)pool and also enjoyed swimming in the sea off the outside beach outside the house. Just GLORIOUS. We ate in a few times but mostly enjoyed the local tavernas, especially Mochito, which we could walk to. Fabulous fresh fish and lovely service. We also enjoyed Platanos for great Greek food.
We hired a boat from Fontas boats who did have a boat for all of us to fit on. This was a great success and it was so nice to swim off the boat and also to lunch at the many sea side tavernas, some really only easily assessable by boat. Even on very hot days, the sea breeze as you motor along is beautifully cooling.
Tsampikos and Lisa were always in touch by email and ironed out any small problems we had as well as organising the taxies for our various arrivals. A car is a great necessity here as taxis are very expensive compared to the cost of everything else. The villa was very well equipped with efficient air conditioning, even in the lounge. The local supermarket, Sofos who were very helpful and about 4 miles away, would deliver as well and we had breakfast of pastries and bread delivered most days.
All in all a wonderful and relaxing holiday in the fabulous Villa Dionysos and we would love to go back. Thank youTsampikos and Lisa- it was brilliant!!

Located on the peaceful coast of Gennadi - a coastal village with a great long beach at the south part of Rhodes, just after Lindos and Kiotari at a distance of about 60 km from Rhodes capital. The peaceful beach is mostly sandy. Gennadi offers a fair amount of taverns, restaurants and local attractions.
These exclusive holiday villas have direct access to the clear beach of Gennadi. It's also a short drive to the unspoilt windsurfers paradise of Prasonisi which is located south of the villas. A short drive north of the Villas you will find Lindos a truly unique experience.
Gennadi Beach..uninterrupted, unspoilt and the most peaceful beach boasting the cleanest and bluest waters in Rhodes. Within a 5 minute drive is the local village of Gennadi with access to local supermarket, pharmacy and other essential services. There are also several beachfront traditional tavernas offering fresh seafood while overlooking the water. Within 20 minutes drive visit the world famous village of Lindos or the unspoilt paradise of Prassonisi.
Uninterrupted, unspoilt and the most peaceful beach boasting the cleanest and bluest waters in Rhodes. The iconic village of Lindos, is a short car journey away. No vehicles are allowed inside Lindos, other than small delivery vans. Donkeys provide the mode of transport for taking tourists to the acropolis and down to the beaches and the Archaeological Society does not permit any changes to be made to the buildings, some of which originate from the 15th century, that might have a detrimental effect on the historical nature of the environment. Consequently it has retained its quaint, relaxed and memorable facade which makes it a favourite for holidaymakers, some of whom return year after year favouring Rhodes over any other holiday destination. At the other end of the village a road leads down to the harbour of St. Paul's Bay. The sea is beautifully clear here and it is a lovely spot to enjoy a picnic or stretch out and soak up the sun. The entrance to the village is on the north, by its only square, which has a large tree in the middle and a small fountain with many features from the period of the Knights. Rocks behind and above it recall ancient aqueducts. The graveyard is also at the entrance to the village, containing the church of Phaneromeni. This delightful little town is full to brimming with restaurants, bars, creperies, and souvenir shops. Beautiful handmade jewellery and leather sandals are very popular with both locals and tourists and make lovely gifts to take home. Be sure to pay Lindos a visit!
Rhodes is the largest of the Dodecanese islands and is steeped in mythical history. As showcased by the Colossus of Rhodes, one of the Seven Wonders of the world, throughout ancient times, it was believed to belong to the God of the Sun - Helios. Very apt as Rhodes has more than 300 days of sunshine a year together with over 250 kilometres of coastline on which to enjoy it. The natural beauty of the island and the monuments from its long and often turbulent history, combine a lively present with a rich historical past. It offers a great variety of cultural and sports activities. You can enjoy sailing, scuba diving, jet skiing, windsurfing, golf and tennis. You can delight in experiencing the island’s many places of interest including the Valley of Butterflies; a tranquil spot where, during July and August, thousands of butterflies come to reproduce and dazzle us with their beauty. Alternatively, you can take a day trip on a boat to Symi or one of the other neighbouring islands, of which there are many.
If you are in the mood to explore the coastline, you will definitely find a beach that suits you. Choose between the fabulous, sandy beaches on the east and south coasts, Tsambika beach and Agathi beach, to name just a couple, the windsurfing beaches like Prassonisi on the southern tip ( just 5 min drive from the Villa) , the party beaches like Faliraki and Rhodes Town ( Elli Beach) and the almost forgotten rocky beaches on the north-western coast. Rhodes really has something for everyone!
