The apartment enjoys full sun all day, overlooks the bay of Port de Sóller and the mountains and is located in an exclusive area: in a peaceful location but close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is fully equipped with the latest modern conveniences. It has a total area of 110sq m. The apartment has a lovely living room (with French doors) which opens onto a private terrace. A private sun terrace just outside the lounge and dining area, with a magnificent sea view creates the perfect environment for a solarium during the day and romantic spot for a dinner in the evening. There's a double bedroom and a double sofa bed. The apartment is light and airy but also well equipped for winter, autumn and spring having central heating. There's air conditioning in all rooms. Amenities are only a very short drive or 15-20 minutes walk away. The property has private parking.

Distances: Nearby are the attractive mountain villages of Fornalutx and Biniaraitx, whilst a little further along the coast is Deia. Sóller and the port are about 30 minutes drive from Palma Airport, and have good connections with railway, tram and bus services.

Changeover day: Flexible. We understand flights are often more reasonably priced during the week, but it is depending on other bookings. Arrival after 2.30pm, departure not later than 10.30am unless by prior arrangement.

Coast/Beach: The apartment is a 3 minute drive to a beach with paddle boats and sunbeds. There is an underwater diving school in the port and holiday makers can hire sail surfers and there are boat trips along a beautiful rocky coastline to other beach resorts and coves.

Great apartment - fantastic view

Stayed for 2 weeks in January. Superb apartment, with everything available for self catering. Clean, very spacious, comfortable furniture. Large patio area with great views of Port de Soller and the mountains. Would definitely recommend this property and we are sure to return in the future.

Bigger and better than the photos suggest

We expected the appartment to feel smaller, but the living space felt very spacious . The bathroom was adequate. as was the bedroom with a very large and exceptionally comfortable bed.

It was well equipped and had everything we needed. A small stock of coffee herbs , salt and pepper are available in some appartments but not here ,we were very early in the year however.

The private terrace was much larger than they appear in the photos and even on a cool March morning had warm enough sun to sit out but 10.30 am.

The pool looked fantastic but we did not try it as the weather had been cool .

We liked the area very much with very short drive or steep walk into Porto Soller . Local restaurants with great tapas and seafood abound in the port although not all are open this early in the season. Nautilus on the hill below the 5* Jumeirah hotel along the same road is wonderful at sunset. North coast towns and villages are within easy reach with spectacular views.

Rosa was very nice on arrival.

We will return...

Traumhafte Wohnung für einen ruhigen Urlaub!

Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb von Port de Soller und hat eine traumhafte Aussicht! Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und und mit Liegen, Esstisch und Lounge-Ecke bestens ausgestattet. Durch die teilweise Überdachung ist diese optimal zu nutzen. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Selbst ein Grill steht bereit! Diese Wohnung hebt sich deutlich ( positiv) von den anderen Wohnungen ab. Die Absprache mit der Vermieterin zur Wohnungsübernahme hat super geklappt. Wir würden hier immer wieder gerne unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Gepflegte Wohnung mit schönem Blick auf die Bucht

Die Ankunft war gut abgesprochen, die Vermieterin holte uns verabredungsgemäß von einem vereinbarten Treffpunkt ab und leitete uns zur Adresse.

Die Wohnung, die in einer größeren Apartmentanlage ganz oben am Berghang liegt, hat die wahrscheinlich größte Terrasse von allen. Sie weist sogar drei fest in den Boden gepflanzte Zypressen auf. Auch ist sie mit einigen Kübelpflanzen verschönert und nicht so nackt wie andere. Deckchairs mit schönen hellen Auflagen runden das Bild angenehm ab.

Der Zustand der Wohnung ist gepflegt. Sie ist mit angenehmen Möbeln ausgestattet, die mediterranes Flair vermitteln.

Die Küchenzeile ist nett anzuschauen und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. O. K., die Kaffeemaschine ist für Mitteleuropäer nicht die beste (klitzekleines Billigprodukt), aber das macht die Wohnung nicht wirklich schlechter.

Die Lage ist für einen tollen Ausblick und Ruheliebende ideal, allerdings ist der Port zu Fuß (insbesondere bei Hitze) nicht ganz ohne Anstrengung zu erreichen. Das Zurück noch etwas schwieriger (wer fit ist, schafft das aber).

Alles in allem ein wirklich guter Aufenthaltsort, den man ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen kann.

Sóller is an attractive town on Mallorca's north-west coast. The valley and its surrounding mountain range, the 'Serra de Tramuntana', is a favourite destination for people from all over the world, especially those who enjoy walking, nature, eco-tourism, swimming or simply a peaceful rest away from the hustle and bustle of the better-known tourist traps. The main square in Soller is a regular meeting place for coffee, croissant and people watching. Daily market with local produce. Cycle hire available. Specialist shops for walkers. Several fiesta's, check local press. Banks, pharmacies and supermarkets available in both villages. Puerto Soller, with its perfect semi-circular bay, is one of the only harbours on the North coast of Mallorca. The old fishing port where you can still buy fish fresh from the boats in the morning is backed by seafood restaurants and bars. Restaurants and shops stay open all year.
