Spacious three bedroom apartment with outside seating area

Large, well-proportioned rooms combine the charm and grandeur of Victorian architecture with the comfort and luxury of modern living, and provide an excellent base for families or groups of friends. The magnificent sitting room is full of period charm and is a wonderful room to sit and relax or enjoy meals round the dining table. TV, DVD, coal effect fire and free WiFi are all included.

Three large bedrooms, two of which have en suite shower rooms, are spacious and tastefully furnished, and a sunroom/breakfast room accessed through one of the bedrooms is a delightful space in which to enjoy morning coffee regardless of the weather. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary appliances dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven, and together with a family bathroom the accommodation is well suited for a very comfortable holiday. The apartment has the added benefit of a lovely outside seating area with garden furniture.

Also available to rent alongside our Studio apartment, located just to the back of this property, to accommodate a further 2 people and bring the total to 8.

Situated at garden level in the leafy west end of Edinburgh, this apartment is in a quiet street only five minutes walk from Princes Street and the centre of Edinburgh.

There may be a late check-in fee for check-ins after 7pm. There is a fully refundable damage deposit due one week before arrival and refunded one week after you depart.

A wonderful place to stay with parking for our car and walking distance to city centre and restaurants. Coming from Australia we needed to have an easy to find and easy to park with good facilities for laundry. If we or any of our friends come back to Edinburgh we will be recommending to stay at Drumsheugh Gardens.

Great Location - Very Comfortable

Bedrooms were very large. Great family room and kitchen. Really good location. Only problem we had was trying to figure out how to turn the water on for the shower. (Hint: You have pull the string that is hanging from the bathroom ceiling...)

Well placed property

Brilliant stay in Edinburgh. Excellent flat enough room for 6 adults ( 3 couples) each having their own bathroom. Well stocked with all you could need. No need to take usual things like soap, washing up things, tea & coffee, sugar etc. Good selection of kitchen equipment if you want make your own food to eat in . Brilliant location, we walked to most venues. Really comfortable beds with warm bedding. We had a fab time. Hopefully this is constructive criticism, we had to share 1 hairdryer, would be nice to have one in each room ☺ , water pressure in showers was very low so a bit dribbling shower. Apart from that everything was great. Clean and tidy, well stocked, warm and comfortable. Would recommend to friends. Thank you.

Beautifully appointed large apartment central to Princes St and Royal Mile, downtown

Six adults shared very functional, spacious and nicely decorated apartment with three bedrooms and three baths. Main bath with only tub slight detraction. Kitchen nicely central to apartment with everything imaginable for light or complete meals. Comfortable sitting room. Parking an issue if more than one vehicle involved. Walked everywhere. Edinburgh's finest.
