Modern self contained apartment in quiet location

Faro Vista is a 2 bedroom luxury apartment situated in a small development of 32 privately owned apartments which were completed in 2004.

It is located on the upper floor of this two storey development and enjoys stunning views of the sea and coves on the north side of the unspoilt village of El Cotillo. It has a 53m2 private roof terrace which offers perfect sheltered sunbathing as well as panoramic views of the coast and mountains.

It is available for rental throughout the year and is the perfect get-away-from-it-all destination with year round sunshine and daytime temperatures rarely dropping below 20 degrees Celsius.

The apartment is tastefully furnished to a high standard and includes everything necessary for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

El Cotillo: Visitors to El Cotillo tend to be people who know Fuerteventura quite well and are looking for an alternative to large built up resorts. It will not suit those looking for nightclubs and large crowds of people. Although not strictly essential, many people will find a car useful here and driving is surprisingly easy given the good quality main roads and the lack of traffic. Local taxi prices are reasonable and there is an hourly bus service to Corralejo and less frequent ones to Puerto del Rosario.

Clean, well maintained and nice quiet location.

A great apartment for those looking for a quiet, relaxed and no noise holiday. Everything you require in close proximity to the apartment.

Good if you like walking, surfing and dune buggies. Lovely beaches that stretch for miles.

Full range of restaurants should you wish to eat out but supermarket well stocked for those who want to self cater.

Would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

The north west tip of Fuerteventura has long been a favourite of those looking for perfect beaches away from the crowds of the main resorts.

El Cotillo is a quiet fishing village that retains a traditional charm that has been lost in many of the bigger resort areas. It is still a working fishing village and much of the fish served in the local restaurants will have been landed that day in the harbour.

The property is close to a range of beaches with the nearest a mere 5 minutes walk away.

Other Activities: Kite surfing

Golf: Nearest course is at Corralejo about 20 minutes drive away. Caleta de Fuste has 2 more 18 hole courses which are about an hours drive away.
