The barn is a fine example of the typical architecture of the Lot region : old tiled roofs and warm 'Quercy' stone walls.

On the ground floor (garden level) : three bedrooms (2 x double bed with washbasin, 1 x double bed with bunk beds and wash basin), under the stairs additional bunkbeds.

The region of the Lot might be less known than the Ardèche and the Provence, but has a lot to offer. Nature is beautiful : the valleys of the Lot, the Cele and the Dordogne, the lovely Causse plateau, spectacular scenery of walled land with grazing herds of sheep. The number of tourist attractions is virtually unlimited : prehistoric caves, medieval towns, castels, historic churches and monasteries, picturesque villages, local markets, museums, zoo, bird show, music, theater ...
And last but not least, you can enjoy dining in the many local, friendly and inexpensive restaurants: foie gras, confit de canard, 'Rocamadour' goat's cheese, a good Cahors wine, ... In short, a culinary pleasure!
