About this property

Holiday cottage located close to the sea and beach in the popular southern part of Løkken in quiet, scenic surroundings and in walking distance to the town. The house was built in 1976, modernised and extended in 2007, very well maintained and features an open-plan kitchen and living room, three bedrooms (one with door from the sun yard), mezzanine, bathroom with shower and a large patio and carport that can also used as a covered terrace. For heating there is both air-to-air heat pump and wood-burning stove so that energy costs can be kept to a minimum. The decor is tasteful, modern and light. The living room is large and spacious. The large windows and high ceiling gives a nice sense of space. The living room has direct access to the sun yard. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Sept. 2019 - wir waren zu zweit und das Haus damit voll ausreichend. 4 Personen gingen vielleicht auch noch, allerdings ist im "kleinen" Schlafzimmer das Bett recht schmal. Kurze Wege nach Lökken, etwas länger nach Blokhus, vor allem wenn man bei heftigem Gegenwind nicht mit dem Fahrrad am Strand hinfahren kann. Uns hat die abwechslungsreiche Gegend gut gefallen.

Unser 2. Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. / Das neue Ferienhaus hinter dem Haus wurde nicht gebaut. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, von der nahe gelegenen Straße hört man kaum was. / Die Couchgarnitur ist nach wievor sehr durchgesessen. Das schlafen in den anliegenden Anex für 2 Erwachsene ist nicht zu empfehlen,da es dort muffig u unangenehm riecht. Es stehen also nur ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett u. ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten zur Verfügung. Für Kinder 2 Matratzen im Dach aber nur über eine steile Leiter zu erreichen. / Das Haus ist ansonsten sehr schön u. mit allen ausgestattet .
