A large and comfortable holiday house idyllically located in Einvika, 4 km west of Lauvsnes. A great family friendly plot with plenty of space. Playground on the spot. Walking trails along the sea and in the mountains. Go for mountain hiking with a panoramic view of the sea and archipelago with 1200 islands. Villa Lighthouse, the oldest lighthouse in Norway running on coal, is well worth a visit. Closeby there are fine beaches where you can go swimming. Known as the area in Norway with most sea eagles. The house is close to the shoreline, and you have a magical view of the sea. With its numerous fishing spots and great depths, the sea is an exciting challenge for any fisherman. Several boats available for rent. Fishing excursions can be arranged. 75 km to the famous salmon river of Namsen. Please also look at unit 10785 for more information.

Da wir bereits mehrfach in diesem Haus waren, kannten wir die örtlichen Bedingungen. Die Angaben in

Da wir bereits mehrfach in diesem Haus waren, kannten wir die örtlichen Bedingungen. Die Angaben in der Hausbeschreibung zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind korrekt. Der örtliche Supermarkt ist vergrößert worden. Restaurants oder vielfältigere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es nur sehr entfernt in Steinkjier oder Namsos. / Für Familien, die bereits da waren: das Angelgeschäft in Sjoasen ist inzwischen geschlossen. / Bademöglichkeiten gibt es fast an jedem Fjord, diese sind allerdings nicht mit Badestränden in Deutschland oder südlichen Urlaubsländern vergleichbar. Es ist nur eine Möglichkeit ebenerdig in den stets kalten Fjord zu gelangen. Badeschuhe sind empfehlenswert, da es fast überall sehr steinig ist. Wer jedoch das Land so liebt, wie es ist, lässt sich davon nicht abschrecken. / Der Vermieter hat ein neues Boot, das auch mit einem Echolot ausgestattet ist. Leider stand dies nicht in der Hausbeschreibung, so dass das von uns gemietete Echolot zusätzliche, unnötige Kosten verursachte. / Außerdem gibt es inzwischen ein sehr guten, großen Gasgrill und eine neue zusätzliche Terrasse sowie neue, sehr stabile Terrassenmöbel. Die Sicht auf den Fjord ist durch die inzwischen stark gewachsenen Sträucher und Bäume leider eingeschränkt, hier wäre ein kleiner Rückschnitt wünschenswert. / Der Vermieter spricht z. T. deutsch und natürlich (wie alle Norweger) englisch, so dass eine Verständigung sehr einfach ist. / Der Wirlpoolraum ist immer noch etwas lieblos. Er wird gleichzeitig als Lagerraum genutzt. Hier könnte man mehr draus machen. Abgesehen davon, dass wir diesen Raum nur genutzt haben, um die mitgereisten Kinder zu baden, da im EG-Bad inzwischen eine richtig gute Duschkabine statt der vorherigen Badewanne installiert wurde. / Alte, ausrangierte oder defekte Möbel und Ausstattungsgegenstände lagern im KG (hinterster Raum). Die Entsorgung würde sehr viel Platz schaffen (es hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir das Haus bereits kannten). / Eine empfehlenswerte Neuanschaffung wäre z. B. ein Sonnenschirm. Die Küche im KG wurde von uns nie benutzt. Unserer Meinung nach ist es ebenfalls verschenkter Raum, der z. B. mit Regalen für Schuhe, Taschen, Angelausrüstungen o. ä. und/oder Trocknungsmöglichkeiten für Jacken und Schuhe genutzt werden könnte. / Es gibt zwar inzwischen einen Wäschetrockner, aber für durchnässte Angelbekleidung oder Wanderschuhe gibt es bei schlechtem Wetter leider keine Trocknungsmöglichkeiten.
