Cottage with whirlpool and sauna and a very beautiful location with sea views only approx. 500 m from child-friendly beach at Kjul. In the activity room there is billiards, table tennis and air hockey. The house is bright and modern with a sloping ceiling, 4 large rooms, loft, large bathroom with whirlpool and sauna and living room with large windows in open connection to well-equipped kitchen. The house has a low heat and energy consumption as it is top insulated and there is underfloor heating throughout the house. There is a covered terrace where there is plenty of space to enjoy a barbecue evening while the evening sun sets over the countryside. On the plot there is plenty of space for games, and for the children there are swings and a sandbox. Not for rent to youth groups.
