Holiday cottage with a fantastic panoramic view from the first floor as well as from the balcony. The house is located approx. 50 m from the beach at Hvidbjerg. The house is very energy-friendly with 2 heat pumps, one for heating the house and the other for heating the pool. The 2 pumps were installed May 2015 and make the house very energy-friendly compared to houses without heat pumps. The house offers activities for kids and grown-ups alike with PlayStation3, table tennis, darts, basket hoop, boccia, playground with play tower, soccer goal, swing and sand pit. There is both an open and a covered terrace, suited for all weather conditions. The open plan kitchen and dining area has entrance to the centre of the house, the swimming pool room, with the pool, prefilled whirlpool for 4-5 persons, a sauna and a bathroom. The 1st floor living room has comfortable furniture from which you can enjoy the view over the area. 3 of 4 bedrooms have double beds. In the scullery you will find the washing machine and dryer. There is high chair and cot for the children. Nearby you will find a water park, badminton, tennis courts, golf course, bowling etc. No letting to youth and builder groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
