Centrally located 65m² two bedroom apartment sleeps 5, secure ski/bike cellar

Completely renovated apartment in historic Haussmann building, fitted with luxury appliances and many extras to make it a comfortable place to enjoy all Luchon has to offer.

Two double bedrooms and sofa bed in lounge area. Also has a secure cellar for storage of skis and bikes. Beautiful mountain views from every window. Fully self contained with induction cook top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, combined washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster, TV and vacuum cleaner. There is crockery/cutlery for at least eight people, and a wide range of cooking utensils and pots/pans. The bathroom has a shower, clothes drying area and a heated towel rail. It also has a separate toilet.

It is situated a few minutes walk from all amenities such as the thermal spa, ski lift, golf course, tennis courts, restaurants, cafe's and shops. There is ample parking spaces alongside the park opposite the front entrance.

The rental includes cleaning, and comes with all bed linen and towels provided.

Notes:
As much as possible, all cleaning products such as dishwasher tablets, washing powder, dish washing liquid, general disinfectant and tea towels, etc., have been provided. The flat screen TV is new and recently connected to the digital satellite signal, although it does not yet have a DVD/Blu Ray player so guests may want to connect a laptop via a cable to play movies, etc.

Great apartment with beautiful views!!!

We had a very enjoyable vacation!!! The apartment is bright & beautiful with wonderful views of the mountains and easy access to the village of Luchon. Peter was very accommodating and provided prompt responses to our questions. Fiona was a delightful apartment manager providing us with needed information for the apartment & the countryside. We would highly recommend this apartment to any visitor to France!!!

Super séjour à Luchon - appartement quasi-parfait

L'évaluation de notre séjour n'est pas très compliquée : on frôle le sans faute.

l'appartement est située au second étage d'un petit immeuble cossu et de caractère. Hors saison, nous étions les seuls occupants de tout l'immeuble.

Ce logement est dans le sud de la ville. A quelques pas : les thermes et la piscine sportive (petit bain a 34 degres cette semaine), avec un grand parc autour d'un étang (cygne, canard pour le plaisir des tous petits). De l'autre coté de la rivière, derrière le parc, a 200m, des tennis, et une aire de jeu pour enfants. Le centre ville avec les boutiques est a 5 minutes a pied, ainsi que les télécabines.

Deux digicodes protégent l'entrée, ce qui est sécurisant. On sent que des travaux de réhabilitation ont été effectués il y a peu, car dès l'entrée, l'immeuble donne bonne impression.

L'appartement de M Wilson donne sur 2 cotés de l'immeuble : coté rue, et coté Parc.

La rue est un peu passagère, alors que l'autre partie est plus protégé du bruit, idéal pour faire dormir les enfants.

Nous avons retrouvé tout le confort attendu : cuisine équipée avec plaque induction, four Siemens, hotte efficace, bcp de rangements. Dans le salon, une TV écran plat de taille très correct. La déco est très sympa et sobre. L'appartement est très lumineux.

Deux chambres se situent aux opposées de l'appartement. Tout est très propre, rien à signaler de ce coté la. Un grand balcon permet presque de faire tout le tour de l'appart. La literie est ferme (ce qui nous allait bien), les couettes sont douillettes et le linge de lit tout propre nous attendait.

La salle de bain est petite, mais très pratique. La douche est très bien.

Dans les petites choses a améliorer :

- pour avoir passer 3 heures devant Koh Lanta vendredi, dans l'un des deux petits fauteuils du salon, il faut avouer qu'ils ne sont pas très confortables

- il manquerait éventuellement un tancarville. La machine a laver dispose d'une fonction seche linge, mais nous aurions souhaité économiser de l'énergie. Le balcon est parfait pour faire sécher tout ca !

- une connexion wifi serait un plus, mais pour les accros d'internet, la 4G+ arrose l'appartement chez Orange.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié séjourner dans cet appartement :

- il est tres fonctionnel et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire

- il est lumineux, l'environnement est calme et reposant

- il est bien placé, vous ferez tout à pied.

Parfait pour un séjour confortable de deux couples en hiver.

L'appartement correspond en tous points au descriptif. Proche des thermes, du centre ville et des télécabines (notamment grâce au "petit train"), il est de plus exposé au moindre rayon de soleil.

Equipements tout à fait satisfaisants.

Beau appartement ensoleillé

L'appartement est spacieux pour 4 personnes, bien décoré et bien équipé sauf pour nous qui étions 5 et n'avions que 4 tabourets de bar pour manger à table. Il est bien exposé pour la lumière et le soleil et pas loin du centre ville. Par contre pour le ménage il ne faut pas regarder sous les lits et en haut des étagères. Mais dans l'ensemble on a bien apprécié.

Superbe appartement confortable, belle vue, calme

Appartement conforme aux photos. Confortable, agréable et très bien équipé. Le combiné lave/sèche linge est pratique pour 15 jours de séjour. Belle vue sur les montagnes et proche du centre. Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables en famille. Merci à Kate pour son accueil et à Peter pour sa réactivité par @.

Bagneres de Luchon is a Napoleonic spa town with many beautiful and historical buildings. It has the famous Thermal Baths and Spa, ski lift to Superbagneres, ten minutes drive the the larger ski resort of Peyragudes. It nestles at the foot of the Pyrenees Mountains and offers many outdoor pursuits, walking, skiing, paragliding, rafting and many more. It really is an all year round resort. Surrounded by mountains the area has the most fabulous views. The town if full of cafes, restaurants and bars, local market and a good tourist information bureau. The Spanish border is just 20 minutes drive, ideal for tapas and shopping. It is not far from Biarritz, Toulouse, Lourdes, Carcassonne, Narbonne, Perpignan - so lots to explore!

Other Activities: Thermal Spa

Golf: 9 hole golf course located a short walk from apartment.

Ski: Ski lift from the centre of town to Superbagneres is a short walk from the apartment. Peyragudes ski resort is a 15 minute drive.
