1 bedroom apartment for 5 people near the tracks. Sierra Nevada

The apartment is located in Edificio Slalom 1 in the middle zone of the urbanization of the ski resort, Sierra Nevada. The apartment is very well located and is perfect for those who know how to ski it can come and go from the apartment to ski (by Maribel track). For those who can not ski can using and enjoying the Parador chairlift or the bus goes around the urbanization and so you can access the main squares (Pradollano and Andalucia) and lifts that will take you to the slopes.

One advantage of this apartment is so comfortable to be more spacious than most one-bedroom apartments. Given that belongs to a particular (and not real estate) and the mobliario the decor of the apartment is more personalized and not as basic as most of the other apartments.

At the entrance of the apartment is a corridor (hall) where you can hang the ski clothes and where you can leave all the ski gear. The bathroom is to the left and has a bath.

The kitchen is complete and is separated from the living and dining room. The kitchen has a stove with 4 hot plates, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all that is needed for cooking.

The living room is spacious and has a visible division to the dining room. The whole apartment has large wall heaters and windows with views of the ski slopes and Granada and where you can enjoy an amazing sunset. The apartment sunbathing all day.

The bedroom has a double bed with large windows and a large closet for storage. The living room has double sofa bed and for the 5th person has an extra bed.

The apartment has an occupation for 5 people (but it is advisable 4 people)

Next the apartment has restaurants, convenience stores and a mini market.

The car park is free and is located next to the building.

For days when not skiing you can take advantage to go to the city of Granada, which is about 35-40 minutes by car or the beach which is about 1 hour.
