Top maisonette with own front entrance set over three floors (no children under 12) creating the light of modernity with Victorian charm. A real home with all mod cons. lobby with cloakroom, magnificent through reception, kitchen/breakfast room in one end with bay window forming eating area, fully fitted. Free standing unit divides from the lovely drawing room, windows at both ends of the room. Fireplace, shelving and antiques creating this elegant room.

First floor - master bedroom, dual windows, doors through to shower room en suite, 1200 power walk in unit. Separate spacious bathroom, bath and walk in shower cubicle, study.

Second floor - double bedroom with sloping ceilings, dormer windows, light and airy, wash hand basin. Cable TV, wireless network throughout. Twin beds, but can be used as large double.

Kings Road - the heart of Chelsea : Walk through the quiet park to Kings Road, with all the buzz of Chelsea. Local shops and supermarkets, High Fashion, High Street shops, Restaurants, Bars and Pubs. Bus stop at the end of the road can take you throughout London, or walk to Fulham Broadway in 8 min., Earls Court in 10 min. and Sloane Square in 20 min.

Close to the embankment for walks along the river, or the bustle of Chelsea. Theatres, Cinemas and access to all the tourist centres. Victoria 30 mins away, Clapham Junction takes you South. Our famous No.11 red bus takes you through Chelsea, Victoria, Parliament Square, Trafalgar Square, The Strand (Theatre land) St Pauls, City all the way to Liverpool Street.

What makes this apartment unique

A real home within one of the most sought after locations. The house is particularly light with dual aspect windows on all floors, and because it has three levels its an ideal sharing home, you can create your own space !

My family and I had a great time staying in your beautiful home. Kate was wonderful to work with and even found us a fan during the heat wave. Your home is beautiful and gave us plenty of space to enjoy. Great location and easy to access transportation. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home, wonderful host

We stayed in Kate's beautiful townhouse for a week while visiting London and absolutely loved it. The home is as lovely as the photos, maybe even more so and has every convenience including a dishwasher. The bathrooms have been redone and are beautiful. Everything is tasteful and the host, Kate is very responsive and extremely helpful. The only slight inconvenience is that the location requires you to take the overground at the end of your train commute which doesn't run as frequently late at night but the stop is a short walk away. Overall, we were thrilled with this comfortable, quiet and cozy home away from home.

Sunny and Homey Flat

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our two teen/tween boys. The flat was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The boys particularly enjoyed the neighborhood park at the end of the street and we liked that they had the third floor to themselves!

The closest Tube station was about an 8 minute walk from the flat-easy access to all of London's sites. If you are a Chelsea Football Fan, Stamford Bridge is just right around the corner!

Kate, the owner, was very responsive when we had questions. We appreciated her personal touch.

Car: not necessary

Between The Embankment and the River Thames, and stylish Kings Road. Excellent bus and underground routes throughout London to all sightseeing hot spots. Fashion, top restaurants, theatre, library, river boat all on your doorstep.
