It has a fully equipped kitchen with 6 burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishes and utensils, coffee maker, blender, spices and oils. Truly a birders paradise, regularly see scarlet macaws, toucans, magnificent frigates, wood peckers, parrots, egrets, tanagers, and many more species. You will also have a chance to pet one of our rare and exotic jungle "Tabby" cats that live on the property.

Just right!

We really enjoyed our stay! Kelly was very easy to get in touch with and helped us quickly with any questions or concerns. The location is great as well! Especially if you plan to surf, and be within walking distance of pretty much all you should need.

Pavones Surf Trip

Nice Surf retreat! 5 minute walk to the beach, 7-8 minutes walk to restaurants and cool vibe surf town. A pleasure staying here! Not a high end hotel, more of a make yourself home type of feel. Outdoor shower to cool off after walking home from surfing or beach, James and Kelly are very nice and helpful

Great property great hosts

This could not have been a better place to stay. Location was great, just a short walk down a trail to the point break. Every morning having coffee up on the top level made a great start to the day. The host did laundry for us, provided info on places to see and do, and was very friendly. The house is equipped with everything you need for a good time would need to cook. It was clean, smelled good, the air conditioner worked very well, and even had great drinking water provided by the host. When I come back to Costa Rica I will definitely be staying here.
