Electric awning on large deck, giving shade suitable for lounging and enjoying your meals and cocktails. Because the condo is an end unit the deck does not have another deck next to it giving additional privacy. Incredible ocean view from living/dining room and kitchen. You may enjoy the HDTV with cable channels, WIFI. Unit has central AC and washer/dryer. Located on a lifeguard private beach in family friendly Ortley Beach, with surfing, longboarding, kayaking. Walk down the stairs and you are on the beach! Enjoy the beach by day and fireworks or nightlife in the evening. There are free movies and concerts on the beach in summer just a short walk away. Sleeps 5: Master bedroom has luxurious king size bed, second bedroom has twin beds, there is a comfortable folding bed. Located within walking distance of restaurants, miniature golf, famous Seaside Heights boardwalk with amusements, grocery store and drug store. Close enough to attractions yet removed from crowds and noise. Covered Parking for 2 cars adjacent to entrance to unit.

Delightful Vacation

The condo was very clean and comfortable; Great ocean view! The photos and description were as listed. The location was far enough from the boardwalk yet close enough to walk there and back. The kitchen was well stocked, the washer and dryer were a huge plus, and all appliances worked very well. Accommodations were great; The parking spaces under the building were a plus. We enjoyed our stay and would love to do it again.

We Loved our stay! Clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Loved being able to see over the dunes and watch the sunrise everyday!

12 Dunes Terrace Delight

Prime location facing the ocean. Sparkling clean, very well stocked with pans. dishes, latest in appliances. Beds very comfortable, aii conditioning. Nice deck, etc Only drawback were the # of stairs to climb. Got used to it Would definitely return.
