The recently refurbished living room is very bright thanks to large windows. It comprises comfortable seats including a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a dining table up to 2 guests and a large terrestrial flat-screen TV.
The open plan kitchen is equipped with all what you need to cook your best meal during your stay! The kitchen includes microwave, kettle, oven, fridge, ceramic hobs. etc.
The sofa in the living room can be converted into a comfortable bed up to 2 guests.
Bedroom and Bathroom
Bedroom: a cosy bedroom with double size bed. Sofa bed: The flat is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
There is 1 bathroom in the flat equipped with a bath, an over bath-shower, a sink and a toilet. Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer.
Guests will have access to the whole flat. One member of The London Residents Club will always be on hand to check you in personally, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property. The flat is located on the seventh floor. There is a lift at your disposal.

In less than 5 mins walk, cross the Thames river and reach Battersea park, a large parkland with woods, boating lake, peace pagoda, adventure playground and children's zoo. There are two main shopping streets (Fulham Road and the King's Road), both of which are a short walk from the flat. London's most famous museums (the Natural History, Science, and Victoria and Albert Museums) are also within walking distance.
With Sloane Square Underground Station (district and central lines) 10 minutes away by foot, reach easily and quickly any part of UK´s Capital. If you wish to use a car, the A3212 (Grosvenor Road) is less than 2 minutes away from the apartment. Also, Pimlico Underground station (Victoria line) is 10 minutes' walk from the flat. There are also plenty of local buses that run along Chelsea Bridge Road.
House Rules - Additional Rules:
The London Residents Club wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours!
There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
• Maximum group size: 4
• Strictly no smoking, no pets, no parties
• No candles
• Dispose of rubbish appropriately
• Keep the property clean and tidy
• Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
• Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
• Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
• Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost
*Please note that once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee
**Please also note the check-in hours are between 3 pm and 10 pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10 pm and 12 am, and £40 for check-ins past midnight Any questions or queries regarding the above - don't hesitate to get in touch, we're more than happy to help!
***The check-out time is fixed at 10 am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability). This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late check-out but please check with us so that we can confirm this. There is a fee associated with a late check-out but we only charge £35 for you to use the property until 3 pm and after that, you will have to purchase an extra nights stay.
