About this property

3 bedroom DOUBLE KING and one queen, 3.5 bath, 2,400 square foot home on .24 acre with fenced in tropically landscaped back yard and pool/spa with cabana bath. Tastefully furnished with private beach access in a gated, 24 hour security community. Covered patio on the perimeter of the pool deck, large open kitchen with breakfast nook, family room adjacent to kitchen, formal dining room with vaulted ceilings, washer/dryer in laundry room, attached 2 car garage with second refrigerator. Please know that Vero Beach laws require a minimum 30 day rental. These are not nightly rates, they are monthly rates that VRBO represents by the day. Therefore there are no discounts for monthly stays. Tenants help to maintain these very low monthly rates by managing their own utilities to control costs. These additional fees are an added charge.

Great beach house!

This house is in a great location! A short walk to a fabulous beach! A lovely house for our visiting family and friends. The heated pool is terrific! Nancy was very responsive to our needs. If you are a cook and eat home most of the time then you will enjoy the spacious kitchen with lots of counter space and cupboards (and, an extra frig in the garage!). But, the cookware, stove top and oven all need replacing because they are old and worn out. The Wi-Fi does not work in part of the house. So, we had limited phone and computer connections in the kitchen, family room and breakfast areas. The master bathroom has some mold around the shower (and, probably in the wall) and needs a deep cleaning. However, the house is generally lovely and a good value. We had a nice two month get-away from our perch in Sedona!

Location, location, location!

We had a fabulous vacation! We had such a great time we already booked a return trip. The house is just blocks down from the private dog friendly beach access point. The property manager was very attentive, helpful and prompt with our questions and needs. While the house isn't completely updated is was clean and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The pool and fully fenced in backyard are an added bonus.
