This lovely condo is the perfect place to spend your next family vacation! With access to a shared pool right at the condo complex and a central location at the resort, you have the best of everything. Located a block from the Nature Center, you'll have beautiful scenery right out your door, and all of Sunriver's conveniences close at hand. You'll also have six SHARC passes.

This single-level condo boasts a comfortable atmosphere that will ease you into vacation mode in no time! Unwind in the living room and enjoy the warmth of a fire in the stone hearth. Turn on the TV or your computer to stream something via complimentary WiFi. A full kitchen makes cooking just as easy as it is at home, and a dishwasher will save you time on clean-up. Enjoy meals together at the beautiful wooden dining table, or head outside for alfreso meals. The back deck is perfect for soaking up some rays, enjoying the quiet scenery, or eating at the table under the umbrella. The front patio area has a matching table and a gas grill for cookouts.

Ride bicycles on over 30 miles of paths and enjoy the beautiful scenery, or go horseback riding at the stables nearby. Rent kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, or intertubes from the marina and float the Deschutes, or golf on one of two championship golf courses at the resort.

For more adventurous activities, sign up for a rafting tour through Sun Country Tours in the Village, or explore over 300 miles of single-track in the area around Sunriver and Bend. Paulina Lake, about 30 miles to the Southeast, makes for a great day trip to a pristine volcanic lake with amazing views, and the Lava Caves are a much closer excursion for kids (be sure to wear warm clothes, the cave is cold no matter what time of year!).

The Village at Sunriver is about a mile away and has numerous dining and shopping options. Grab a burger or a salad at the Village Bar & Grill, along with some of the more famous draft beers in the area. Sunriver Brewing offers an eclectic menu and some interesting brews of their own. For more dining options, make the 20-mile drive to Bend and have your pick of more than 20 breweries, as well as some unique eateries.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool at the SHARC facility is open year-round. The outdoor pool at SHARC is open from mid-May through September.
This home also includes shared access to a private pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
