Casa Bartho is a typical Spanish-style villa with modern comfort. The VIEW on the Mediterranean makes it one of the most frequently mentioned advantages in addition to the tranquility for a well deserved rest. Last property of the street, a pine forest borders the 1300 m² of land (fully fenced to let it run dogs).

The POOL does not contain chlorine. The salt electrolysis skin-friendly and emits no odor. It is maintained by a professional company. Under umbrellas or sun, you can relax on a sun lounger before letting you slip into this pure water.

TERRACE SECOND allows you to shelter from sunlight through its Provencal roof while watching the children playing in the water. Guests can also enjoy meals and, where appropriate, enjoy a delicious BBQ.

3 ROOMS are equipped with bathroom with toilet. 2 are equipped with air co and the 3rd is probably not necessary because it is never directly exposed to sunlight. It is equipped with a fan.

  • The villa has been designed to 6 people, it has 3 bedrooms and beautiful equal dimensions, each with closets typically Spanish and each have a bathroom and an attached toilet. Two rooms are equipped with air conditioning, the third did not need because it is never directly exposed to the sun: a good fan is enough. The three bedrooms open directly onto the living room without any alleviate or Night corridor, as is done in traditional houses of the Costa Blanca.

It goes without saying that the smoking ban applies only inside the villa, not the garden and terraces. It is recommended to be careful not to smoke in the garden itself, given the proximity of pine forest adjacent to the property and dryness related to the season.

Des vacances excellentes !

La villa est très bien équipée et confortable : mobilier et électroménager de qualité, climatisation, accès internet wifi, TV avec chaines françaises...

Le jardin est bien entretenue avec de magnifiques palmiers et bougainvilliers.

Le terrain est entièrement clôturé.

Une très agréable terrasse extérieure couverte avec son barbecue vous permet de profiter pleinement du climat très favorable de la région.

Elle est située dans un quartier calme et bénéficie d'une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie d'Altéa et sur la montagne et le rocher de Calpe.

La ville de Bénidorm et ses animations se trouve à proximité (20 min).

La piscine sans chlore, abritée des regards est très agréable.

Le propriétaire est très réactif et cherche à vous faire passer les meilleures vacances possibles.

De nombreux conseils et de la documentation sur la région sont disponibles dans la villa.

J'y retournerai avec plaisir et je recommande cette location.
