You are lover of old beautiful stones and of the wine world, Beaune, the capital of the Burgundy wine, will seduce you by its charm and the richness of its heritage, renowned around the world.
You will be able to discover the town, visit the cellars, enjoy a glass of wine on a terrace or have a lunch in one of the many restaurants of the town, and this, without having to take the car.
You will have everything you need less than 5 min away by foot (bakery, pastry shop, caterer, tobacconist, restaurants, cafe and terraces, minimarket, laundromat and banks).
Beaune and its region have an exceptional heritage that will be easy to discover, at your pace: by foot, by bike or by car.
Various marked trails will lead you to this vineyard that we hope, will soon be listed in the UNESCO World Heritage.
We offer an apartment of approximately 50 m², located in the heart of the town, on the ground floor of a small building restored in 2002, in a very calm apartment building.
It has been rated *** lodging by the tourist office of the region of Côte-d'Or.
It has a living room with a table and 4 chairs.
A kitchenette equipped with all necessary to prepare some meals, gas cooker with electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
Living room with sofa and coffee table. Television with international channels, DVD player, free Wifi.
The first bedroom has a double bed.
The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds that can be put together to make a large bed.
Bathroom with bathtub and hand basin
It has a 30 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture so you can taste the many good wine of the region with some ham and parsley, one of the many specialities of the Burgundy cuisine.
A private vault of 40 m² is at your disposal to put some bicycles or to leave aside the wine you will surely buy.
The tax is extra. It is 1 € per night and per person over 13 years.
It is a lifelong dream for Michele and Vincent to own a lodging and to welcome holidaymakers.
They come from Normandy and arrived in Burgundy in 1993.
They both put their personal touch to create a comfortable and functional housing where the guests will feel at home.
This lodging has recently been available for rental (since April 2012) and has just received a *** rate from the tourist office of the region of Côte-d'Or.

It is always such a pleasure to welcome holidaymakers, some of who come from far away. We love to help them discover this unique cultural and wine-producing heritage, which, we hope, will soon be listed on the UNESCO World Heritage sites.
The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, right in the centre of the city.
You won't need your car to visit the city.
The private and fenced terrace is the perfect place, during summer, to relax, read a book or a drink a glass of wine of the region.
For those who need to work, a free internet access is available and you will also have many international TV channels.
We spent a full week at Gite Sainte Marguerite and had a marvelous time. The apartment was very comfortable for my family of 5 (1 teen & 2 tweens) and it was wonderful to have a kitchen and an outside area after having been in hotels prior to Beaune. The apartment is in a perfect location - on a quiet street in central Beaune within easy walking distance to everything. The only time we used our car was when we left Beaune to explore the smaller villages & went to AcroGivry (ropes/zip line park, fun!).
We enjoyed meeting Vincent - he was very friendly and spent time with us taking us through the apartment, answering our questions, talking about Beaune restaurants etc.

We loved the town of Beaune and this apartment. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. There are wonderful shops right around the corner. We had coffee and fresh croissants at the table in the courtyard in the morning and a bottle of wine in the evening. Michelle speaks limited English and we speak limited French but with some smiles, hand signals and laughs we managed quite well. Highly recommended.

A very comfortable and quiet property within the walls of the old town- you can walk to everything and there is car parking too on the street. Listing and photos show exactly what you will find, the apartment sleeps four in comfort, and you will have all the equipment you need. A well-stocked supermarket, boulangeries and charcuteries are a short walk away. Excellent wifi. The apartment was spotless and everything worked. Vincent is a first rate host, and went out of his way to help us negotiate around a rail strike in order to continue our trave on timel.
Strongly recommended for anyone wishing to spend time in Burgundy, and there is plenty to do and see in Beaune itself. Many excellent restaurants, wine shops and tastings are just a walk away from this apartment- try Ma Cuisine for wonderful food, Denis Perret for a huge range of Burgundy wines and knowledgeable advice, and don't miss the Dalineum close by for a range of works by this iconoclastic artist.
Clean, cute apartment in the center of beaune. We did not have a car and didn't feel for one moment that we needed one. Beds were very comfortable and the owner is simply wonderful and incredibly hospitable. Perfection!
We stayed here for one week in the end of may. The location, facilities and the owner could not been better! The apartment is big enough for two families with children and have everything you'll ever need to spend some great days in this terrific little town and the vineyards nearby.
Best of all is the nice garden in front of the apartment. Here we enjoyed several memorable dinners with great wines and homecoocked local dishes. The apartment is located within a really nice building and felt secure and very french.
The owner, Vincent, is a pure gentleman! I will recommend this to everyone wanting a nice apartment in the heart of Beaune.
