The Baja Mar Sands is the only direct 3 Bedroom Oceanfront home AND WITH A LOW 2018 SUMMER RATE SPECIAL on Cape Santa Maria. Its a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home (3000sq ft) with all the comforts of home. Home is rented as a 2 bedroom or may be rented as a 3 bedroom with additional price adjustment .

The up- stairs living area has triple sliding glass doors overlooking both the ocean and the interior of the Island with panoramic views west over the ocean and east over the Island. The Master Bedroom is upstairs overlooking the ocean with triple sliding glass doors, The kitchen is fully equipped, all new stainless steel appliances for all your cooking pleasure and ready to go plus a dining area with seating for six. Fully air conditioned with upstairs powder room and a full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry area... All furniture, all linens, towels, dishes, pots and pans are included. Satellite TV, DVD, connected to a surround-sound system and approximately 100 DVDs and videos, if you ever get tired of relaxing on the beach. High Speed DSL.

We are beach lovers and salt water fisher persons. We fell in love with Cape Santa Maria the very first time we saw the pure pink sand beach.

We searched the Bahamas for just the right Island, and found Cape Santa Maria and fell in love with the beach, its people, the deep Sea fishing and the scuba diving- No fishing pressure- No theft, no crime, unlike some other places in the Bahamas-- Doors stay unlocked, It's living in Paradise, THE FAMILY ISLANDS!!!

This is the first time (2016/2017) we have tried to rent our home in over 10 years and have owned for 18 years

What makes this house unique

The ONLY DIRECT 3 Bedroom OCEANFRONT on Cape Santa Maria with 2 gazebo's overlooking the ocean,. You"ll spend hours staring at the ocean. A large wraparound porch from the living area over looking the gin clear waters -- Home is rented as a 2 or 3 bedroom with additional price adjustment.

This is the first time (2016/2017) we are renting our home in 10 years.

Thank you Charles & Penny for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home on Cape Santa Maria beach. The house is great ! It's just steps from a semi-private beach . I may see 6 people a day ! The upstairs of the house has a fully equipped kitchen with an open concept into the living room, with a half bathroom . Located downstairs are two bedrooms each having their own bathrooms with showers . A laundry room with washer and a dryer is also located downstairs. In addition There is also a fireplace grill . You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.
