Seaview Apartment makes for a great base from which to enjoy the seaside delights of Barmouth. Note: Apartment is accessed up a steep lane, not suitable for vehicles and with several steps, not suitable for any guests with any mobility issues.

Substandard

The description of location did not accurately fit the gradient required to walk to access property. Apartment was superficially clean but many areas not been touched for a long time. Towels provided were like rags and we use better to dry dogs. Purchased our own to get by. Smashed saucepan lid in cupboard. Pillows extremely flat so purchased our own. What upset us most was when asked to remove sheets from bed we discovered the badly stained mattress with bodily fluids. This would have been seen by owners when making bed. Reported concerns to owner but received no response. This was disappointing and demonstrated again her lack of care.

Fabulous holiday

We had a week at the apartment, very clean, comfy and great views over the beaches. Good central location for exploring, no negatives at all.
