SNOWONDER HAUS is a 7 bedroom luxury home located in The Colony … an exclusive gated community nestled in 4,600 acres of aspen tree groves, rolling meadows, and sparkling streams providing the perfect setting for year-round vacationing. When snow blankets the mountain our guests enjoy the ease of ski-in / out access and we’re just steps away from the new Quicksilver Gondola connecting the Canyons to Park City Mountain… now the largest ski resort in North America with over 7,300 acres of terrain! When the snow melts an outdoor enthusiast’s dream is revealed… an amazing network of hiking, biking and horseback riding trails, connecting to over 400 miles of single-track trails throughout the surrounding area including the acclaimed 26-mile “Mid-Mountain Trail,” which runs through The Colony, designated an “Epic Trail” by the International Mountain Biking Association.

THE GRAND LEVEL... the entry into the Main Living area is truly breathtaking. The Vaulted Ceiling hangs over a massive Wood-burning Fireplace which is flanked on both sides by floor to ceiling windows with the most amazing view of the surrounding Aspen Forest. The open floor plan includes a full-service Bar and Wine Cellar and a dream kitchen equipped to meet any Chef's , home or professional, expectations. There are 2 seating areas to accommodate both casual and more formal dining as well as a center island breakfast bar for morning meals on the go. The Main Level Master is a sanctuary in itself. The ceiling is vaulted and trussed and french doors lead out to a private patio where, once again, the Aspens are mesmerizing. Amenities include a Glass Feature Fireplace and Beverage Station (Keurig Service, Refrigerator). The Spa Bath includes a soaking tub, steam shower and bidet. Across from the Main Master is a private study. The first King Guestroom is also located on the Grand Level and offers a fireplace and Spa Bath as well.

THE LOFT LEVEL... hosts 4 spacious Bedrooms (3 Kings and 1 Queen) all with ensuite baths, premium linens and furnishings. In the center of all is the LOFT RETREAT... a comfortable living space to relax and watch a movie on the 60" HD TV or challenge your friends to some friendly competition at the Game Table.

THE ENTERTAINMENT LEVEL... take Apres Ski to another level. The large entertainment room includes a full kitchen and bar for entertaining, full sized ping pong and pool tables and pinball for the young at heart. The private theatre has 8 reclining leather chairs for the utmost viewing comfort and 4 bean bags ideal for the younger viewers. Additional amenities of this level include a Sauna and work-out room complete with a treadmill, free weights and yoga mats And finally, the last of the 7 bedrooms is located on the lower level - the custom built bunkroom house 4 Queen sized lofts making it ideal for adults and children alike.

IMPORTANT ADVISORY: During the ski season - all vehicles entering the Colony community are required to have 4 wheel-drive to access the home. It is recommended that at least one carry chains in the event of severe weather.

Top Notch Property

Very beautiful and well-appointed home in a stunning setting. There was abundant room for our group of 20. The outside entertaining area is amazing - hot tub, fire pit, grill. The living room feels like an extension of the outdoors since two walls are floor to ceiling windows. We even saw a moose one morning from inside. All features of the house are top quality from the appliances to the steam showers to the electronics. The drive to Park City took about 15 minutes. There is a lot to do in the area but you might not want to leave this house! I highly recommend this rental.

Vacationed with children and grandchildren, 6 adults and 6 children - 12 in all

House had all the amenities needed for a fabulous vacation. Location, towels, paper products, soaps, shampoos etc.

Everything in the house was well maintained and in perfect condition.

Thank the owners for allowing us to share there joyous property.

Simply spectacular

We had a wonderful time at this amazing property!! Not only was the home beautiful but the location and views were as well. Jodi did such a great job at having the kitchen stocked with what we needed pre-arrival and that made things so much easier. The home is simply spectacular and we can't wait to return for another family trip!!

A beautiful home with a hight level of finish.

Service of Olcha Management is outstanding. We used Jodi's team to pre stock our food and beverage and they nailed it.

Ski in ski out is excellent.

Overall location and setting (view!!) is very special. The closeness to Quicksilver gondola makes it very convenient to ski both Canyons and Park City.

The marketing of this property is underpromising the experience you will have staying in this home.

Fantastic stay!

We loved this home! It was perfect and the host was, rental process was super straightforward. Rooms are beautiful and spacious! Fridge was stocked for us (per our request). We couldn't exactly figure out the ski in/out scenario but we admittedly didn't try too hard (we skiied out of a colleagues house nearby). Thanks for a great stay! We will likely return!
