Right on the river! Our place is close to restaurants and dining - Half way between Fox's and Roadrunner!, beautiful views - Ski, Tube, Swim, Boat right from private dock in front of house. nightlife - Best bars 1/2 mile up and down river.. You'll love our place because of the kitchen, the comfy bed, Riverfront steps into water, quiet, day use area across river, private dock, steps into water. Private launch ramp. Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), friends and furry friends (pets). Guesthouse is a studio with one queen bed and a very large sectional couch sleeps (2), Cots also available, has bathroom and it's own fully equipped kitchen. We have high speed WiFi available and both TV's are hooked to Roku for Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. Let us know if you need the dock for your own boat! This is the best spot on the river, gorgeous views! Walk out to huge patio for the WOW view! Please note that dock may be shared with owner, room for 2 large boats on dock.

Hidden gem on the river

We enjoyed our time in Parker so much, the rental and hosts were awesome! This place is right on the river, there is a great patio and dock to enjoy it all from. The rental has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and feel like you’re at home. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Great spot right on the river

The cottage was perfect. We loved being on the water. Very clean and well stocked. It felt like home. Their dog Rita is a sweetheart and she helped us not miss our 3 dogs back home as much. Thank you, Robert and Lynn for being such nice people and great hosts. We can't wait to return.

Great river property

My wife and I stayed for our anniversary. Location was fantastic. Comfortable patio with great views of the river. Cozy floor plan. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Good communication with the host.

House is right on the river at the most beautiful part, were directly across from Bullfrog Day use area so view is great.

What makes this property unique

Steps directly into the water, huge dock to enjoy. Great swimming, tubing or any river activity or just floating. Large boat dock right in front with swim latter. Also Kayak and Paddle Boards for you to use. People and boat watching from the dock or patio.
