Located in Kalkan's Kordere district, this luxurious holiday villa has a capacity of 6 people with 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Our villa, which was rented for the first time in 2019, has been designed, furnished and fitted to the highest standards in a style to suit european tastes.

The accommodation is on two storeys, with a living room ,an open plan kitchen, a shared wc and a twin bedroom on the ground floor. The second floor, reached by a central staircase, has a communal indoor pool with hydromassage system. This pool is 2.3 m x 3.00 m (about 7 m 2) and the depth is 90 cm. There is a step where you can sit and enjoy a hydro massage whilst taking in on magnificent sea view. This indoor pool can be heated in the cooler months of the year for an additional 7000 Turkish Lire per week, again payable in cash on arrival. This makes this an ideal choice for those guests looking to come in the cooler months of the year. Please note that this pool can be heated to approximately 28 degrees centigrade depending on the ambient air temperature, so it is NOT hot as such. Guests wishing for this pool to be heated should inform us at least 2 days before their arrival in order for it to be able to reach the maximum temperature by that time.

On this floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on either side of the indoor pool.


On the expansive pool terrace there are plenty of spaces for guests to relax and enjoy themselves, including the 4 x 2 metre shallow pool or the 2 x 3 metres hydro-massage jacuzzi. In addition to these there is a comfortable seating group, an alfresco dining area and table tennis.

The centre of Kalkan is some 5-7 minutes drive away, (2.5 km), but there is a local grocers shop only 300 metres from the villa where guests may buy their daily essentials. There are many restaurants who provide a free home delivery service to this area.

There is a covered two car parking space adjacent to the villa. The villa can then be entered by descending some 35 steps or a steep ramp.

The pool is secluded on each side by metal louvred screens, making here a good choice for those guests looking for a high degree of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
