The location of this apartment block is ideal and easily accessible. It is situated just off the main entertainment area but still very close (about 10 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by bus). Walking during the night is very safe and buses are frequent.
The area is a safe and tranquil residential area surrounded by all mayor day to day amenities close by and within walking distance such as banks, grocers, pharmacies, butcher, gym, tennis court, hairdressers, beauticians, restaurants and bus stops.
The block itself is modern and very comfortable and it has an elevator. It’s family owned and well taken care of with regular maintenance. Excellent customer service is our priority.
Parking is freely available on the street.
On the island you will find various activities for all likings, from scuba diving, golf, snorkeling, sports, museums, churches, jeep safaris, excursions, feasts, art and music and also relaxing spas, restaurants, bar and clubs.
The apartment is fully licensed by Malta Tourism Authority.
The prices are all inclusive of 7% VAT and local taxes.

Additional guests: 25 € /person/ night - Fee applies to parties of more than 4 guests.

(October to June) check-ins after 16:00 are free of charge provided that we book an airport transport.
(July to September ) check-ins after 18:00 are free of charge provided that we book an airport transport.
For guests who opt for public transport or car rental, there will be a minimum of 35 Euros check-in fee for the first 1.5 hrs from landing time, and then a charge by the hour.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Claudia. L'immeuble est familial et Claudia et son frère Maurizio confient leurs appartements en apportant beaucoup d'attention à leurs hôtes. L'appartement est conforme à la description, coquet et bien situé. Il est préférable de louer une voiture, le parking est alors facile et nous avons toujours trouvé de la place à proximité durant les 10 jours. Commerces à proximité pour les courses. A la fois loin du tumulte et près de tout dans ce cas. Parfait pour 4, et meme 5 car je crois qu'un lit supplémentaire est possible
We spent 8 days in flat #3 recently. Maurizio arranged for pickup at the airport, he met us the morning after (we arrived after 11:00 PM the evening before) and he was very helpful in advising us on our stay.
The apartment is large for European standards, well equipped, and absolutely spotless. We were 4 for most of our stay and 5 for several days with a fold up bed provided by Maurizio. Our departures were staggered over 3 days, and again pickup from the flat and transport to the airport was arranged and absolutely perfect.
The apartment is within a short walk to the public bus system.
The neighbourhood is safe and quiet at night (the bedrooms are at the back of the flat and very quiet)..
All in all a very enjoyable stay.
We probably has the best Apartment you can have for this small Price. It was very clean everything you Need Is provided in a very good qualitiy. Every room is nicely furnished and you really feel comfortabl.
The Apartment Is located 10 minutes away from the Center of Valetta in a nice, Safe and quiet area. You have a Bus stop near to the Apartment.
Maurizio and Claudia were perfect hosts, they told us everything there Is to know about Malta and it was always possible to contact them.
We enjoyed our stay very much!
The location of the flat is perfect for our 1st visit of Malt to sightseeing most of the key places of interest around the island by bus services. The flat is bright, clean and comfortable in a quiet residential area with nearby shops for food and daily necessities - very convenient. We will certainly rebook again and recommend to friends. We felt safe with the owner's family living in the same building. We had a wonderful holiday.

Vi var 2 par der delte lejligheden og det var helt perfekt. Den er veludstyret. Vi havde hver vores bad og toilet samt soveværelse. Vi nød den gode beliggenhed og fik hjælp og vejledning til at se Maltas mange seværdigheder af de flinke udlejere. Kan klart anbefales.
Located just 1.2km or a short walking distance of just under 15min from the main entertaining and business hub of St Julian's, Paceville and Portomaso where one can easily find swimming areas, international restaurants, casinos, clubs and spas to mention a few.
The town of Swieqi, a tranquil residential area, with a excellent neighbourhood. This part of the island is perfectly located for those who would like to enjoy themselves but at the same time return to a peaceful environment which is not too far or out of the way. Swieqi caters for all the daily needs and can easily be reached by walk such as grocers, butcher, fishmonger, stationeries, DVD shop, playing fields, tennis courts, church, banks, petrol station and much more. Access to other town around the island is very easy bus stops are near by and ATM machines are available as well. With regards to security Malta in general is very safe and this area is one of the safest, walking at any time of the day and night is possible.
