Great communication and excellent host

Carlos is a great host. Very helpful and quick to respond. The test of a great host is how the respond to any issue and how the resolve it. In every case Carlos was excellent. The property has its own automatic gate and you can park your car in the yard right by your place. We found it to be good value for money. Carlos was gracious when we told him that we had broken a bedside lamp. His response was it's not the first time something breaks and it won't be the last. He would not accept payment for the lamp!
