2 bedrooms (hall conversion), 2 bathrooms, Sea-views from Bed 1 and terrace.

Perfect summer and winter rental availability for golf or simply relaxing holidays, complete with one double bedroom, second 'bedroom' created by extending hall, plus two double-sofa-beds in the lounge and two large bathrooms (one just with shower). However, we are now only letting to two adults per visit - and no children. Satellite TVs in the lounge and also double-bedroom. Parking spaces, Rates include cleaning and linen/towel changes. You also benefit from an extra-large terrace with sea-view for lounging and dining. The fabulous heated swimming pool has just been re-tiled and the location is one of the best on the island, close to two championship golf courses and a host of great restaurants. Secure access from road, just a few steps to the front door. Lifts available to pool level and shops level. This is a quiet residential complex and most suited for adults. Please note, we reserve the right to provide a full refund and cancel bookings if it becomes clear that more than two adults want to visit.

Relaxing Apartment

We have just spent 6 nights in this apartment, we found it to be quiet, relaxing, clean and well maintained as is the pool and grounds, it is close enough to the local bars and restaurants to make this a great location.

Golf Del Sur is one of the most pleasant resorts on the south of the island, with everything you need for a safe, relaxing, enjoyable holiday or mid-winter break. There is access to all kinds of sporting and leisure facilities with some of the best restaurants you'll find anywhere. Duquesa Del Mar is without doubt a home from home. Once you've visited, you'll be looking to book again and again. The Golf is a great self-contained resort, but for great shopping Los Cristianos is just 15 minutes drive and the the exclusive centre at Playa Del Duque, just 20 minutes away.

  • Both bathrooms are very large are are at opposite ends of the apartment, allowing great privacy. There's plenty of wardrobe space in the double bedroom and also large wardrobes just off the lounge.

  • While technically this is a one-bedroom property, it is so large, we have created a second self-contained sleeping area by extending the entrance hall. Please Note - this is a residential development and not suitable for very young children.

Because our apartment is on the upper ground level, wheelchair access is easy. In addition, there are lifts available to the pool level and lower ground/shopping level. This is mostly a residential development and and you'll find that where apartments are rented, they are taken by couples and families. If you like a quiet, relaxing development, Duqeusa Del Mar is the place for you.
