Beautiful 2 bedroom Apartment overlooking the Historic Royal Mile

This impressive second floor apartment is a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful city of Edinburgh, whether for business or pleasure. This is a gorgeous apartment which is furnished to a luxurious standard by a leading interior designer. It is within walking distance to all of Edinburgh's attractions, including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood House. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to Harvey Nichols......

The apartment itself has a very large drawing/dining room (table seats 6) with ornate cornicing, three windows overlooking Edinburgh's most historic street - The Royal Mile. A comprehensive fully functional kitchen with all appliances is accessed from both the hall and the living/dining room.

The master bedroom with queen-size bed, has built in wardrobes and a flat screen TV. The second twin bedroom has two single beds and both bedrooms benefit from views over The Royal Mile.

A main bathroom with large walk-in shower, wc and heated towel rail, completes the accommodation.

An absolutely stunning property in an absolutely stunning location. Well appointed 2 bedrooms consisting of a queen-size bed in bedroom 1 and two single beds in bedroom 2. Fully functional kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. The large lounge (20 feet x 20 feet) can be used to host dinner parties and the free WiFi (with unlimited downloads) is great for those who prefer to work on their laptops.

Only 5 minutes walk from Princes Street, a great opportunity to stay in one of Edinburgh's prestige addresses and highly recommended for corporate clients.

You can take advantage in hiring a chauffeured drive to the apartment from Edinburgh Airport, if you wish. Please enquire cost when booking.

We loved staying in this lovely apartment and the views were amazing.

Can't wait to come back soon. Highly recommended but be prepared for the stairs.

A comfortable and spacious apartment on Edinburgh's Royal Mile

We were all very impressed with this spacious apartment on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh. You couldn’t ask for a more central location. Just a few minutes walk from Edinburgh Castle, this apartment was comfortable, warm and beautifully decorated. I would happily recommend this apartment to a group of four or five people.

As other people have pointed out, you do have to climb a few flights of stairs however the view and the high ceilings in this original apartment was well worth it.

The beds were very comfortable and I was impressed that the owners had left essentials like toilet paper, tissues, tea, coffee etc.

Shahid (the owner) was very helpful in relation to the check-in procedure and was readily available to answer any queries. He was even happy to offer restaurant recommendations when requested.

We will definitely book this apartment when we return to Edinburgh.

Wonderful apartment!

We stayed in the Parliament Square apartment during Hogmanay and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The apartment was clean and open with views over High Street. The apartment was also very quiet - especially in the bedrooms - even after the Hogmanay celebrations. Shahid was a great host and was very responsive. We would definitely recommend the apartment and would love to come back to stay another trip.

Lovely apartment in great location

We have found the apartment very spacious and easy to find.The location of this apartment is great.Contact with owner was prompt and friendly.The beds where really comfortable,always big plus for us!

We would have given 5 stars,but we have found the apartment in need of freshening up a bit and few repairs where needed too.That is due to it's popularity no doubt!Would definitely recommend and the steps will keep you fit.We had fantastic 4 days and will be back.

fabulous apartment, beautifully furnished

we were delighted with the apartment it was the perfect place for my daughter to get ready for her wedding, plenty of space, and light and airy to keep us all calm. we had such a lovely experience walking up the royal mile to the venue. we had a gathering of the family the next day and everyone commented how lovely the flat was. great location bit of a hike upstairs but well worth it. would not hesitate to recommend it and would certainly come back

Great location very nice apartment

64 steps to get to the apartment, the wife had fun timing how fast she could do it (21.3 seconds). The wifi kept dropping us but that is probably due to the carrier... No french press to make coffee so had to drink instant- not a big deal. Overall, highly recommend it. It was a great place to stay and a good location to start your daily travels from to see and enjoy the beautiful city of Edinburgh!

A fine stay on the Royal Mile

A little hike up the hill from the Waverley train station on the Royal Mile and just a 5 minute walk to Edinburgh castle you will find this great 2 bedroom apartment. We comfortably slept 5 with my mom and the 2 kids in 3 separate beds in the 2nd bedroom.

The apartment is quite spacious and came complete with all the amenities you need like a dishwasher and a washing machine along with basic starter supplies like coffee, tea and sugar.

The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. However, the main benefit is the location on the Royal Mile just steps away from street entertainers, pubs, coffe shops and restaurants.

Shahid was responsive and easy to reach. He left the keys in a lock box around the corner which allowed us to arrive late in the day and access the apartment right away.

There are 3 flights of stairs and no lift but my mom at 75 had no issues getting up them even after a long day of sight seeing. Just keep this in mind when you pack.

Although it was nosiy at times in the evening, once you close the windows you do not really hear the street noise. Our 2 children never had any isssues getting to sleep.

We enjoyed our stay and were happy with our choice. It is a great home base from which one can easily explore what Edinburgh has to offer.
