Beautiful 2 bedroom Apartment overlooking the Historic Royal Mile

This impressive second floor apartment is a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful city of Edinburgh, whether for business or pleasure. This is a lovely apartment which is furnished to a luxurious standard by a leading interior designer. It is within walking distance to all of Edinburgh's attractions, including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood House. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to Harvey Nichols.

The apartment itself has a very large drawing/dining room (table seats 6) with ornate cornicing, three windows overlooking Edinburgh's most historic street - The Royal Mile. A comprehensive fully functional kitchen with all appliances is accessed from both the hall and the living/dining room.

The master bedroom with super king-size bed, has built in wardrobes and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has one double and one single bed and both bedrooms benefit from views over The Royal Mile.

A main bathroom with large walk-in shower, wc and heated towel rail, completes the accommodation.

An absolutely stunning property in an absolutely stunning location. Well appointed 2 bedrooms consisting of a super king-size bed in bedroom 1 and two beds (double and single) in bedroom 2. Fully functional kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. The large lounge (20 feet x 20 feet) can be used to host dinner parties and the free WiFi (with unlimited downloads) is great for those who prefer to work on their laptops.

Only 5 minutes walk from Princes Street, a great opportunity to stay in one of Edinburgh's prestige addresses and highly recommended for corporate clients.

Great location & Quiet, Spacious, & Bright

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Owner was quick to reply and answer questions and requests. Living area very large and bright. Great location with most tour starting points within 1 block distance. Train station 7 minute walk. 3 friendly local music pubs only 1 block away plus others close by. Grocery nearby as listed by owner. Washer/Dryer was very useful and never ran out of hot water during our stay. Just be aware of steps to the 3rd floor but wasn't a problem for us. Would recommend this apartment and I would stay here again.

Nice apartment in a great location

The apartment was great. just a short walk from the train station and very close to the royal mile. Plenty to do close by with street performers right outside the window for some non-tv entertainment at night. The apartment was high enough off the street, to where there wasn't much if any noise inside. Overall, great place, would stay here again.

Great Location

A large, clean flat ideal for two couples or a family. Within walking distance to tourist sites, museums, and a number of pubs and restaurants. Location is a bit noisy on the Royal Mile but that’s to be expected if you want to be in the middle of everything. Individuals with mobility issues or difficulty handling heavy suitcases should be aware that this building has no lift. To reach the apartment, you must climb five flights of stairs with another inside the front door. Other than that, a good stay.

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location for exploring Edinburgh.

Lots of steps up to the apartment and no lift, so possibly not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

Apartment is stunning and decorated beautifully.

Owner very accomadating with quick response to messages.

Thoroughly reccomended.... I will be returning.

You will not be dissapointed.
