On entering the holiday home a bright and inviting glass panelled hallway leads into a beautiful front living room. Lovingly presented with sumptuous seating in a restful palette of warm stone and maritime blue, the chic room offers a tranquil coastal ambience.

With all the comforts of home, the WIFI-enabled room provides a flat screen Freeview TV with DVD player and radio for guests’ enjoyment. The radiant warmth of a romantic wood burning stove also offers a cosy setting here in the wintertime.

Leading on from the inviting sitting room, a spacious country-style kitchen diner provides a practical family-friendly setting ideal for a self-catering stay, with all the necessary appliances to hand including a charming range cooker. Pretty garden views can easily be enjoyed from a set of French doors, which accompany the dining area.

Next to the kitchen a modern utility room features a bathroom with large shower, WC and basin, there is also a utility area with washing machine.

Outside the sunny terrace garden offers a beautiful venue for summertime enjoyment and relaxation, with an alfresco dining area featuring amongst the mature foliage of the pretty borders.

Flushing is ideally located. From delightful coastal walks along the beautiful Roseland peninsula, to shopping in the nearby cathedral city of Truro, Flushing is a gem on the Southern Cornish coastline with two great pubs, a quayside cafe and a well stocked general store.

Only a short ferry ride or drive away is the popular town of Falmouth. Home to the county's maritime heritage, and brimming with a bustling shopping thoroughfare, cafés, cinema, restaurants and antiques galore in The Old High Street, Falmouth makes an admirable and convenient neighbour.

There is no shortage of golden Cornish beaches on this side of the county, most easily accessible, yet Flushing's own little beach area has a somewhat special sense of seclusion, hosting many a happy BBQ, with unsurpassed views towards Falmouth and the Bay. Late in the evening, beach parties can soak up the seaside atmosphere while the distant lights of Falmouth illuminate the beautiful Fal estuary.
