Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Portugal, which sits within the beautifully landscaped gardens of Balaia Village in Portugal's Algarve, a 30 minute drive from Faro airport with easy access to the towns of Albufeira and Vilamoura.

It has an extra large sun terrace, simple well-equipped interior, is a short walk to a beautiful beach and provides easy access to the many golf courses in the region.

Balaia Village itself has several swimming pools, a bar and restaurant, tennis and gym facilities, driving range, 9 hole Golf course and taxis available from reception to take you to other nearby towns and restaurants.

Sleeps: The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, both with twin beds, which can function as doubles. The master bedroom is en-suite and has direct access to an extra large terrace - the perfect spot for all day sunbathing. The second bedroom has its own terrace and is next to the second bathroom.

Fully equipped: The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric juicer and more. Outside is an easy to use gas BBQ - perfect for cooking up a treat on hot summer evenings and watching the sun go down from the balcony.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer located in a small utility room and air-conditioning throughout.

The lounge has satellite equipped TV (English, German, Dutch and French channels), DVD Player, 3 seater sofa and further seating. French doors open on to the terrace and extra large roof terrace with low level lighting, seating and barbecue - the ideal spot for a relaxing gin and tonic.

Free Wifi is installed

The apartment is one of the closest in the village to the beautiful Maria Luisa beach and there's a small supermarket and a cafe on site.
