A lovely well appointed, nicely furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront condo, with an outdoor sitting and dinning area overlooking one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches on the South Coast of Barbados. It has everything you need to make yourself at home. Just steps away are fantastic restaurants, shopping and groceries.

Paradise was the word we used each day to describe our stay at 12 Leith Court. This was our first trip to Barbados with our dear friends. We could not have asked for better accommodations and location. The minute you open the door you see and hear the beautiful ocean. It's right there! Each morning was spent with coffee on the patio overlooking the ocean and beautiful beach. our hostess was the best, arranging a pick up at the airport and greeting at the villa upon our arrival. the location was perfect with grocery shopping right across the street and so easy to hop a bus to go to the local markets. the villa was stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. We even did our own fish fry hopping down to the local fish market for fresh fish and used the barbeque onsite to prepare. So much positive we could share. Don't pass up this amazing place. We will be back. our new found favourite place!!

Just Wow!

We have always wanted to visit Barbados so for the school break we (husband and two children ages 6 and 9) booked 12 Leith Ct. It was our first time not staying in an all-inclusive resort as well as our first time in Barbados and we were absolutely blown away! Upon arrival the island was so welcoming and the apartment was even better. What a view! I was immediately struck with how much more spacious the apartment was than it appeared in pictures. We were warmly greeted by Deborah who set us up nicely and patiently answered questions from us rental newbies. The apartment was super clean and incredibly well equipped. We shopped locally and cooked all of our meals at "home" and were lacking nothing. I had a friend visit who has a mobility impairment and with the elevator it was no trouble for her to spend time with us here. My kids had so much fun in the guitar pool and the beach was the best that I have ever been to in the Caribbean. Quiet, gentle waves, turtles - just perfect for kids. We hired a wonderful driver Richard for a day tour to Harrison Caves and the Barbados Wildlife Reserve which the kids just adored. We walked with the kids to the Gap as well as to Rockley Beach and the boardwalk. Jane was receptive and responsive to my questions and all her attention to detail made me enjoy my stay that much more. Super well furnished space with everything a family could need for a week in paradise. As my kids said "Best Vacation Ever!" Can't wait to return :)

Barbados at its wonderful best!

The apartment at 12 Leith Ct is wonderfully located on Worthing beach with amazing views out to sea (2nd floor), sea turtle watching, and perfectly located for shops, supermarkets, banks bars and restaurants all within 5-8 mins walking distance. The accommodation was spotless, is well equipped, and we were warmly welcomed by Debra who took care of us beautifully. We will certainly return as it suited our requirements perfectly, a pool as well as an almost private beach never more than 10-15 people! We hired a car for a week in order to tour the island and get to more distant restaurants and beaches, but it really isn't necessary if you wish to save a penny! A wonderful Barbadian experience and we will return, thank you. Philip & Deb

Amazing Vacation

This condo is a great spot to vacation! Right in the middle of paradise..walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, banks...the beach is at your door step with a beautiful pool too! Couldn't ask for a nicer home away from home....Thanks for sharing with us!

Everything you need really is close and walk-able, the local bus system or private ZR minivan shuttles can take you almost everywhere else, but a car is nice to get to various tourist attractions. • A hidden gem is about 5 minute walk away, "Graeme Hall Sanctuary". A café on site provides for a nice snack or lunch. Here you can feed the birds and fish, often seen are the green monkeys and a beautiful display of flamingos and other birds • Continuing the same direction by foot (10 mins) is "St. Lawrence Gap" - where just about every type of cuisine is found in the variety of restaurants, some overlooking the ocean. This is also the bar night scene and comes alive with street vendors and great music spilling out into the streets. • In walking distance (3 min) on Rendezvous Hill , there is a bank, a large well stocked grocery store Massey (Big B) and stationary/book store, you will have just passed a cute pond tucked away beside "Perone Village", on little winding garden paths there are a small collection of shops, cafes (The coffee bean) and beauty & spa, and even yoga! And then there is a church. • Right across the street to the right is a smaller grocery store "Trimart" open late, and on the opposite side is "Cave Sheppard", a great department style store for shopping Duty Free, clothing, camera supplies, alcohol and gifts. • Continuing along (towards Bridgetown direction - which is a 15min bus ride to town and the port) you will find many bars and restaurants - I'll name a few..., "Mojos" great pub affair, "Champers" exquisite dining over the sea, "Berts Bar" for the sports enthusiast, The Tiki Bar on the beach,, "Cheffettes" -The Bajan equivalent to McDonald bit 100x better - Roti, Pizza & Chicken served late 2am (plus drive-thru), "BBQ Barn", salad bar and steak and fish good family restaurant, "Just Grillin" nice fish fry on the outdoor patio, and there are a few other gems in this plaza "Quey Side" shops and and a fresh smoothie bar. "Lewis Pharmacy" is also next to it. Across the street is Acrra Beach & Hotel, Umbrella & Chairs for rent, great snorkeling, the hotel boats 3 amazing restaurants and food styles and offers a Sunday brunch... from there you can walk along the boardwalk... more shopping and restaurants along the way... Even a "KFC", "Subway" and "Royal Bank" and a food court in "Lanterns Mall"....
