About the property

Holiday rental: 78 m² house with loggia, terrace, garden and pool in Grimaud

The house is located in the Pierre et Vacances villages “Les Restanques du Golfe de Saint-Tropez” which is watched and secured.

This 61-acre Mediterranean park is listed “Parc Remarquable”. The house is 6 minutes on foot from the aquatic centre and the heated pool via the pedestrian path through the park.

The sea is 2 km

The house has been renovated in 2012. Its surface area is 55 m² complete with 23 m² loggia and 2 47 m² terraces as well as 125 m² private surface opening onto 35 m² garden with direct access to Parc des Restanques.

The assets of the house: on the ground floor, the villa is composed of an entrance and a living area with open plan kitchen. The furniture, the household appliances and the utensils is offered on inventory upon simple request.

You can eat your meals on the terrace or on the loggia adjacent to the villa and gather in this large space with family, children and friends for convivial moments.

On the ground floor, there is also a shower room and a toilet

Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe, cupboard and safe

Saint-Tropez style 23 m² terrace/solarium overlooking the park: this West and East-exposed balcony is sunny all day long and equipped with parasol and sunloungers to create a private place to rest and tan.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds that you can join to make 160 cm double bed

Bedroom 3: small bedroom with bunk beds, window opening onto the Restanques, wardrobe with hanging space and 2 large drawers for children or teenagers.

Bathroom and separate toilet

This holiday property which is rented privately allows you to access the aquatic centre (beach; wave pool, slides, Jacuzzi and paddling pool). This exceptional access is complemented by La Calade pool, heated pool where you can practice aqua gym.

You will boast of the sport equipment of the village-club: tennis, soccer, basketball, volleyball, handball, beach volleyball and table tennis.

You can also take part in the cultural activities and events of the village-vacances.

It is a family house that we purchased to get closer to our children. We rent it to be able to pay the charges. It is privately rented thanks to the presence of our children in Cogolin.

What makes this house unique

Our house is composed of 3-4 rooms. It is very quiet while being in a 4-star residence: the resort Pierre et Vacances, Les Restanques du Golfe de Saint Tropez boasts of a great aquatic centre and 61-acre Southern park. The park of the residence is listed “Parc Remarquable”.

In addition to the living area overlooking the large 28 m² terrace, the design benefits from a loggia for outdoor living which is very pleasant day and night.

Besides, a terrace/balcony on the first floor is accessible from the parental bedroom and offers a discreet solarium not overlooked but very well exposed.

You can easily access the pool which is 10 minutes on foot via pedestrian paths.

Activities and events as well as the pool are open from early April to early November. Our holiday marker guests boast of the same services as the residents of Pierre et Vacances. Internet access with independent connection is offered by the owner. We will give you the access code upon arrival at the holiday house. The high chair and the baby cot are at your disposal upon request and according to price scale. House equipment: a stone grill is at your disposal.

Beaucoup de charme.

Très jolie maison, vraiment très propre, où nous avons été accueillis et conseillés de façon très courtoise. Une invitation à revenir avec des espaces pour vivre dedans et dehors comme la grande terrasse, la loggia et le solarium qui offre un panel de coins-repos, très agréables.

Pour nous, venant de Normandie, le Parc des Restanques, son espace aquatique et les Clubs enfants sont un décor provençal ensoleillé et festif, pour nos vacances réussies . Je recommande cette Maison de la Pinède aux parents et grands-parents qui veulent passer de bonnes vacances au soleil de Saint Tropez, avec des animations pour les enfants. Belles ballades à proximité .

Très agréable maison, confortable et joliment décorée

Très belle maison, claire et ouverte avec une superbe loggia, un vrai plus . Le solarium situé au 1er étage est très grand et bien meublé (une idée pour les couchers de soleil ) . Nous avons senti que nous pouvions laisser les enfants aller et venir librement et gratuitement dans le Parc qui est très sécurisé . Ils ont adoré la piscine à vagues. Le restaurant est très satisfaisant sur le site et le magasin propose toutes les bases. Bon pied à terre pour explorer cette région magnifique . Nous envisageons d’y revenir très prochainement, avec des amis cette fois-ci, car les 8 couchages et l’organisation de la maison le permettent vraiment .

Bon à savoir!! Maison classée 2 **. c'est rassurant!!

Nous avions loué cette maison l'été dernier grâce à Airbnb. Nous sommes revenus cette année sur une décision de dernier moment . Pas de regrets : super animations pour les enfants et repos pour les parents.

Depuis l’an passé , la maison a été classée par l’Office de tourisme et c’est mérité.

La maison est très bien située dans le Parc, dans la verdure et assez proche des clubs enfants. Deux gros plus : la loggia et la terrasse-solarium pour cette maison très bien équipée dans la cuisine. Surprise ! les 3 chambres sont refaites ; peinture, literie et décoration neuves.

Excellente semaine : les enfants s’amusent bien au Club , la piscine chauffée était très accessible et gratuite .Pas trop de monde. On reviendra, pour souffler un peu, en septembre ou en octobre.

Belle maison, bien équipée et bien aménagée. Accueil très sympa.

Rajoutez une cafetière à capsules est ce sera parfait !

Un petit bémol sur l'exposition de la terrasse qui n'est pas au soleil mais ce n'est pas trop gênant.

Owner's Response: Merci de ce commentaire utile . Nous avons donc répondu à votre souhait et mis à disposition une cafetière NESPRESSO et quelques capsules de dépannage. L'orientation de la maison Est - Ouest est un atout car les 28 m² de terrasse sont pour moitié au soleil en matinée et pour moitié en après midi . Une orientation plein Sud et plein Nord aurait été très pénalisante pour la terrasse et la loggia. De toute façon on trouve l'ensoleillement plein Sud et toute la journée sur le solarium 25 m² de bronzage discret Merci encore pour votre courtoisie

It is set in the Pierre et Vacances village of Les Restanques du Golf de Saint-Tropez 3 km from the fine sandy beach, 9 km from Saint-Tropez, 8 km from Sainte-Maxime, 4 km from Géant La Foux shopping centre and the centre of water equipment of Port Grimaud and Saint-Tropez.

The house is in the Mediterranean 61-acre “Les Restanques du Golf de Saint-Tropez” park listed “Parc Remarquable”.

You will enjoy a nature and sport environment with activities for your children and teenagers. The house is privately rented.

Our private guests enjoy the same services, activities and events as the residents of Pierre et Vacances.

The village “Les Restanque du Golfe de Saint-Tropez” with its walking paths and botanical tours offers, during your strolls, a wonderful panorama overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the French Riviera, Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez.

At your disposal is 1600 m² aquatic centre embellished with vegetation with tropical and Mediterranean scents.

Open during the season from April to October (7 days a week)

Watched while bathing, you will enjoy wave pool with geyser, outdoor pools (1 heated pool and 1 unheated pool), aqua gym sessions, fitted beaches, Jacuzzi and slide.

For you and your children, open access activities are at your disposal: 3 tennis courts, multisport ground (beach volleyball, mini football and basket), table tennis, boules, children’s playground and activities at the greenery theatre and after the shows, the stage becomes a dancefloor.
